Cherry Red fix it now

ok i been playing cherry red as it is my favorite casino at the moment - however i cannot stand the slowness of the game- certain time period of the day i noticed the reels just keeps on spinning and spinning making it not fun to play at all . i have notice some posts on here before about it and i still been waiting to hear what they done about it .
it is not my computer because i have 2 computers in house and does same thing on both. i play other casinos (rtg) with no issues of speed .
cherry red if you out there please fix this ASAP. as i play alot . but im about to give up on it if it is not fixed soon

This is one of the reasons I closed my accounts with all Rushmore group. I kept complaining about this issue and it never could get right. Only after about 10pm at night would it get better. It also seemed while this was happening, coincidentally, the pays were terrible to non existant. It is very possible that there is an internet speed log jam between you and the server. It may not be Cherry Red's fault at all, but I still couldn't play under such conditions.
 
I'm pretty sure that there is a "connection" issue. Maybe you should just contact your local ISP with question about connection with casino server, and maybe they could provide you with more details.
I'm using pretty slow connection: 512 Kb/sec ADSL, and sometimes it's also happening to me, maybe the distance between me and casino server does affect on it, who knows.
 
I don't think its a connection problem at all. All of a sudden it started to happen to everyone. My play there is limited now since the problem and i really don't understand why they haven't addressed it. Used to be my favorite group to play at....not anymore.

Bad idea for people who live in the USA where gambling is supposedly illegal. I wouldn't want to call my isp attention to my online activities. ;)
 
trust me it is not the isp problem . i am a computer tech and i know it is not my isp. i have tried with other computers not in my house and same issue. only cherry red has this prob and every time i complain about it they said we will notify our tech ... well now it is just upsetting me casuse im getting brain damage just looking at those spins taking up to 2 min sometimes
 
Bodog isn't much better varying on the day. Yesterday I deposited $55.00 and man the reels took forever to spin, plus like Aztec Treasures was up to $24k and some of there proprietary games weren't working well either. Now as of today I ended up with a magical $5 bonus in my account yet support couldn't account for it?
Anyways to get back on track.
I gave up on Cherry Red and Rushmore after my big win and dealing with there slow slots. I won once, I was happy. I won't play there again just because of the slow slots.
I keep thinking it's because they have too much going on one server and all. That's just my thought.
 
@Nifty, i think you mean the slow motion bug?

This happens to me also in all casinos, when i've used Windows XP, so i must always open an internet side with flash animation, why ever *lol*

But the Cherry Red bug is an another one, because the spins are not in slow motion, instead of that the spins take forever to stop and this is also annying ;)

Actually Mg`s slow motion bug appears to be fixed. At least for me. SInce the release of Thunderstruck II, I havent noticed the problem since.
 
I use to have the same issues with rtg casinos. The spins would take forever.
I finally talked with a tech, and he suggested that when I was playing. To open up firefox and type in yahoo. com. From that time on, I have never had a issue with slow spins. With mg, I was told to open up ie and keep it running in the background. If this did not help to make the game smaller then larger again.
This worked well for me.
 
I am with you guys. I like Cherry Red but lately it has been pure torture to play at with the spins taking forever. Sometimes they are soo slow I forgot which game I was playing!

I don't have any problems with reel spin speeds with any ohter RTG casino installed on my computer.

I hope that they can fix it so that I can play there again!

I noticed that too, it was a relief!
But today there was another update (lobby restarted) and its slow and jerky again now.:mad::mad::mad:
I'm sooo dissapointed!

For RTG, I've seen this at several casinos, Winpalace beeing the worst.
Seems like a serverissue to me, the reels just keep spinning, I agree its extremely irritating and takes all the fun out of your play.
 
i tried the mg thing with no help. why isnt a rep that can help here i know its not my computer and its ONLY cherry red i have this problem with.

anyone help i love this casino( lots of cashouts) but i cant continue to get this slow reels its bugging th ehell out of me
 
Doesn't it bother anyone that you are pretty much obligated to open some other program to get THEIR program to run correctly?
LOL sorry, it just seems crazy to me that their solution is for you to open other things, how about they hire some decent techs to fix their issues instead?
 
I to had that problem with Slots Oasis, Cherry Red and Rushmore, I emailed them and they said they would look into it. I tried Slots Oasis this morning and everything worked fine. We will see I will try them again just not sure when.

They replied to my e-mail and told me to try again and I did and it worked just fine. I had no problems at all.
