I'm sorry I just noticed this thread.

I can see that we were waiting for you to submit missing card copies which were approved 2 days ago. Then cashier asked you to use alternative pay out option based on your account activity.

I can assure you that we do not delay any pay outs, usually when account is fully verified and checked it will take for cashier up to 48 business hours to process the request.

I can confirm that your pay out has been authorised now and will be approved in next 1-2 hours.
