Hello all

I played this casino and have made several deposits, infact, I blew through $500 quite easily. Fact is, we all know that can happen and that is not my gripe.
What concerns me the most is that the random jackposts barely move and my comp points didn't move at all. I contacted live support and was told that they would take this up with their "software provider"

You lost 4 or 5 deposits - totally normal (especially if you took a bonus which I assume you did since you were talking about playthrough counters)

The Random Jackpots hardly moved - totally normal (could be the updating is slow or that you are the only one, or very few, playing...RJ amounts do not update in real time)

The comps did not increase - can be totally normal if the casino does not award comp points from bonus play. Otherwise, yes it is a problem.

The part I'm really surprised about is that you would, after being around so long, expect some live chat drone to answer and/or resolve issues regarding the software. You know full well that they were going to have to refer it to someone more senior, so why make a big deal out of it?

Also, if losing $500 "quite easily" wasn't your gripe, then why mention it? :what:

I really don't see where the CSR has done anything terribly wrong here.

I didn't think he was making a big deal out of it, tbh. The comp point issue doesn't sound right and he's right to question it. Clearly a CSR won't have the answer unless it's a known issue but at least it serves to flag it.

Absolutely. I mentioned the losing the $500 in passing and that is not the question, as I know it is quite normal to make several deposits and have that be a real possibility. That's why they call it gambling. The red flags in my mind are the fact that after several hours of play the comp points were stuck where they started and that it seemed like playthough was not changing either. You would think someone in support would have been able to see how much I had wagered and been able to figure out what kind of comps I should have accrued. I even waited until today and logged back in to see if it was just a matter of waiting for the software to update.

I didn't say he shouldn't have asked the questions......I said that he shouldn't have expected to get a definitive answer and/or solution via live chat. He was making a "big deal" out of the chat conversation, whereas the CSR said, as you would expect, that she would pass the issue up the chain. IMO it would have been more reasonable to wait a little while for the answers rather than "flag" what may not actually be a problem at all.

I'm also sure that we wouldn't be reading about it at all if the OP had won.

O.K. so while he waits "a little while" to see if it is a problem and keeps spinning those reels and "is not" accumulating comp points or doing anything to the WR, what good does that do? And, what does winning have to do with NOT making a dent in the WR and NOT accumulating comp points? If I had won a RJ at $6K and my WR is still $5K (even though I know I've spun the wheel 3000 times) do you want to fight about it then? Just curious.
 
Agreed with oldtrvlagt. Who's to say when someone should post something? It's important that other players get the memo about the comp points just in case they aren't paying attn IMO. Whether some think it's appropriate to post or not, I am sure glad he did. Saves me from even thinking about depositing there.

Settle down......its an OPINION.

I don't make the rules. I just suggested they could have waited to find out what the problem was.....I didn't say their issue wasn't genuine.

P.S. FYI if the casino had been accredited it would have been against posting rules.

It is a newer RTG casino, I think they opened last year, I have heard but do not know if it is true or not that they are owned by the same people as WinPalace. Like I said I am not sure if it is true or not, so I really don't know.

Out of curiosity I opened an account at the casino weeks ago but when I attempted to log in I couldnt. Asked support and the reason they gave me was they only accept USA players.

Exactly what I was thinking. A lot of players could get caught up in the duplicate account thing that way, I don't get it. Why have two casinos with the same login?

I remember reading on this site that they were bought by the minivegas group. It doesn't really matter to me...all I know is I played at both sites and made many deposits.

Thanks! I forgot all about that post and didn't make the correlation between the two casinos until a few days ago. BTW, nobody

Thank you, sandykauf. I sent an email to that address and got a perfect cut N paste response from a template, signed off by the same chat person (Marika).

I could tell it was a total form response, as she did not answer one other question I had sent and the response was typed in a very impersonal manner. I emailed back again asking that she escalate this to a manager and in the future that she read the entire email before sending out a response from a macro. Not impressed so far at all. People who deserve my custom need to show some common courtesy and reason why they deserve it. I'm not that hard to please.
