Cherry Casino - Withdrawal returned to balance?

Has anyone experienced this before? I made two withdrawal requests totalling €400+ over 24 hours ago, I've just logged into my account and it's back in my balance?

There is no live chat so I'm relying on email but CS aren't that responsive :(
 
Now when I try to withdraw I get

Nope I didn't use any bonuses. I hope they haven't returned it pending documentation. If so it's a bit naughty to return it to my balance.
 
I've no idea where to send it, no mention of the website of it. I guess I'll just have to wait.

Cherry casino, as well as all other Betsson group casinos, are very hard to get paid by lately. They may ask you
to send many different documents before they pay.

The Betsson group were VERY recently Accredited by CasinoMeister.
So if they don't respond very soon - I would report it to him (via a PM, or "Report a Post" feature).

It was a holiday here in Malta yesterday so they probably only had a skeleton staff in.
They are generally very good so I'm sure they'll sort you soon.
