I have been waiting for my withdrawal with Casinowin for nearly a month now, but it is still pending. My accout is fully verified and everytime I try contact the Casino, they responded very quickly but it's the same 'your request will be processed, please have patience'.
After reading here and searching Google, I realized that I maybe dealing with a fake/fraud casino.
I have kinda given up on getting money back and said to myself I gambled and lost.
But I read somewhere about chargeback. I will be speaking to my bank anyway (no harm in speaking to them, I say). But my question is has anyone ever claim chargeback via bank for the deposit only? What are the chances of bank doing anything.
I will be telling the bank that I deposited money in hoping for a service, part of that service is the ability to withdraw, which I can not.
Also, I only searched Google after I signed up and requested withdrawal and now I believe, I have been scammed into signing up to a Fake/Fraud casino.
