Players are always so interested in "first-time deposit bonus". I really don't quite understand why people are so keen on to only check what kind of a first-time bonus the casino has.

I think it is more important, and more interesting to see what kind of a loyalty program the casino has.

I have used many different casinos over the last ten years. And in my opinion, the current loyalty program to Centrebet is probably one of the best (or the best) I have seen. I did not really like it so much before, but they have done some great changes.

Let me mention some of the things that they offer to loyal players.

25% Tuesday Deposit Bonus
50% Friday Deposit Bonus
$100 Anytime Deposit Bonus

Players will receive (if they accept of course) +25% on a deposit every Tuesday, and +50% every Friday (with WR)

The anytime deposit bonus is good. It means that you can ask for a 100% bonus up to $100 one time every month, when it suits you (anytime during the month). For example, you can deposit $100 at some point during a month. Play and loose the money. And ask for the 100% bonus later in the same month without doing a new deposit. There are of course WR, but it is anyway a good second chance for the player.

C-points is also a nice thing. You earn points when you gamble. How many C-points you have earned will determine your VIP status. C-points can at any time be converted into real money.

If you become a VIP on a higher level, you will also be "rewarded" with Personal Account Management

They also have special promotions sometimes (quite often in my opinion).
Maybe I have forgot some things here. But anyway, this is a really good loyalty program.

Anybody else who might know of any other good loyalty programs ?

Thanks rainmaker for the nice write up!

Can I just clarify on the Anytime Deposit Bonus. We ask that players do claim this within 48 hours of making their eligible deposit.

Thanks for the reply.

I am pretty sure that I have claimed the "reload" bonus even after it's been 48 hours (sometimes many days), but this might have been given to me in "goodwill" (or I might remember wrong). Anyway, within 48 hours it is :)

Many casinos say NOTHING about what is available for loyalty, so until you take the plunge, you cannot know for sure.

If you take the website at face value, many casinos appear to ONLY offer a welcome bonus, and then nothing. This is therefore a poor way of determining which casinos reward loyalty the most.

Yes, that may be the case.

But my experience indicates the opposite. Casinos like (just some examples) Bet365, Betfair, Betfred, William Hill, Ladbrokes, Expekt, CasinoEuro,iNetBet and of course Centrebet do all have their loyalty program posted on their website. If a casino has a good loyalty program, then I would think that they where interested in promoting it on their website. Of course, not every casino will do that.

Anyway, I believe that players often are blinded by the first time deposit bonus.

What happens if you accidentally won and ahead of casino?
Do you still get bonus or not?

There are only very few casinos keep rewarding me with bonus after I was ahead of them.

1)Royal Vegas
2)Dash
recently
3)Gowild
4)GNUF
Above 4 MGs, I was once ahead of them and still get weekly, monthly and reload bonus.

Some other MGs as soon as you went ahead, you promo dispears without a trace, even if you are a newly sign-up.

Loyalty == you have to keep losing

or Loyalty == always come to play

Maybe the rep from Centrebet will give you an answer. But I can never imagine that Centrebet has a practice like the one you describes when it comes to regular bonuses (Tuesday, Friday and Anytime bonus). Those are for both winners and losers.

But of course, I think it is quite normal to give "loosing" players (good customers) bonuses beyond those who are regular. Those "extra" bonuses may not be available if you become a "winner".

:)

Hi plasticnote,

You would still be eligible to receive the bonuses mentioned. We do reserve the right to exclude a player from future promotions in some cases, but just being a winning player is not one of those.

The thing is, I think the majority of online casinoplayers are lowrollers, and for the avarage lowroller, the first depositbonus is far more attractive than any loyaltyprogram.
CentreBet for example offered a 300% cashable match on the first deposit a while ago with reasonable WR, so I signed up and took that.
(And was very dissapointed to find they didn't have the Playtech Marvell slots!, beeing from Holland I'm not allowed to play the WW versions)

With my avarage betsize I'll never reach the next tierlevel anywhere, and the occasional 10.- in comp points I can redeem now and then does not outweight the advantage of the ongoing reloadbonuses other casinos keep offering on a regular basis, so my play keeps beeing spread over several casinos.

At some places, Like Betway/Gnuf for example, I never even get to redeem 10.- because the moment I gather new comps by playing, the casino deletes the ones from 3 months ago, so the level of comps stays about the same all the time, just under the redeemable treshold.

So thats why I personally find the welcomebonus more interesting than comps/loyaltyprograms.:)

I do understand your view if you are a low roller:). But I think that players (low rollers or not) will get a nice deal with Centrebets loyalty program as they offer two bonuses every week. It is not so many good casinos to choose from if you like Playtech.

When it comes to Marvell slots. I see that they have slots like Hulk, Thor, King Kong and Spiderman (and others) under "games" (not in the downloadable casino). I think they are Marvell slots. But they may not be from Playtech. I'm not very familiar with the "games" section yet.

Well, from my experience:-

1)Royal Vegas - I very rarely get ANY bonuses from FL, other than those from Gone Gambling. It seems I am "bonus banned" at FL. I am also DOWN overall at Royal Vegas, although a recent win propelled me £2000 ahead at Platinum Play, however, my "bonus ban" came BEFORE this.

2)Dash - I get the Club Rouge bonuses at 32Red, and I am £34K AHEAD. Nothing from Dash though. It seems they have a "one bonus per group" policy, so since I get them from 32Red, I don't get any from Dash.

3)Gowild - "bonus banned" here at £8000 ahead, so they DO eventually ban winners from the bonuses. I played SLOTS, so this was no "advantage play" issue. My slot bets were well within their max bet rules for bonuses.

4)GNUF - The offers vary, but I get MORE from GNUF where I am down MORE, and LESS from Betway where my overall loss is lower. This indicates that bigger bonuses are offered to bigger overall losers.

5) Roxy Palace - "bonus banned" here for getting £5000 ahead on slots. Same happened at Splendido after I went ahead by a similar amount. Seems a clear policy of bonus banning players who win over a set amount, which seems to be £5000.

6) Spin Palace - won £10,000 off Munchkins, and was almost immediately thrown off the VIP program.

7) Ruby Fortune (down over 10K) - sudden removal from VIP program a week after a big win at Prime casino, odd considering they CLAIM to be unrelated other than Palace Group handling the CS for Prime. It seems my eligibilty at Ruby Fortune is calculated by INCLUDING my lifetime position at Prime, as well as the Palace Group casinos.

8) Red Flush - I appear to have been kicked out of the VIP bonus program as of last Wednesday. I am DOWN around £6000, and the last time I spoke with their call centre I was told I was one of their "special" customers who "everybody knew of" because I had played so much. Seems Marketing didn't agree with that assessment:rolleyes:

9) Intercasino - Was made VIP, and even though I played much less after a negative change in the terms, I am still eligible for the offers.

10) Grand Prive - went £3600 DOWN in 3 months and got "bonus banned" for it. Given that this was on SLOTS, it seems that losing over £1000 per month is "bonus abuse" as far as they were concerned, and they got uninstalled. They tried to lure me back, but kept LYING, making promises that were reneged on when I reinstalled and played on the "come back" offer. Lost patience in the end, and a year later Grand Prive bailed on KGC, MGS, and their affiliates. Probably just as well I left before all this;)

In general, I seem to get BETTER offers where I am DOWN the most, rather than where I have PLAYED the most.

No, those are WagerWorks versions.
Not half as good as the Playtech ones, and forbidden fruit for players from the Netherlands.:(
I WANT IRON MAN!!!:D

Forbidden fruit for you :(

Thanks for the info. WagerWorks it is :) I have only tried some spins on "Thor". Not a good looking game, but kind of fun. I will probably play it again.

I first became aware of the "games" section the other day. Often an underrated section in a casino. But Centrebet do have som nice looking "real deal"-games there (blackjack, Roulette, Pontoon etc..).
