I highlighted the two things I am confused over...
Does this mean they ONLY handle disputes for January 1, 2008 to current? If so, then aren't players "doomed" before they even get started to file a complaint?Mandate of Central Disputes System is for disputes occuring as of January 1, 2008
So, does this mean any dispute from 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 are obsolete since it has been way longer than 60 days?•All claims must be submitted within 60 days of the date of dispute, or within 60 days of the inception of this program, whichever is later.
