Your Input Please Casumo - Re Verify ID

Hey all,

Made a nice WD last night at Casumo and I play there for some years now and never had any issues.
Was KYC'd the day I signed up for ID, Address, Payment Methods etc etc.
Surprised I found an e-mail this morning where they requested another copy of my passport.
Went onto chat but got the standard answer saying due to new regulations they needed it again.
I said, well then grab a copy of my ID you already have in the system, what is the point sending the very same document again. They did not budge and had to send again, so I did.
Still waiting for that document to be verified while I was told they verify docs in the weekend also.

Not amused as I am waiting for the funds and they won't be released until this doc is verified of course.

A bit of a bummer Casumo, sorry to say so!

its odd how stuff like this always happens when you try to cashout eh ? :p

as always, i think casino has your well being as a priority and they just want to make sure you still have a valid passport. Im sure they would feel awful if they were to send your money to someone with god forbid, expired passport.

The reason why they still let you deposit, even if they are unsure about your current passport status still remains a mistery though. I guess they are still waiting for regulation which would stop casinos from accepting deposits for years, without asking for ID.

I have to say, I never got a SoW yet at any casino I play.
To be honest, if any casino asks me for this I will close my account straight away.
I make an honest living and am not a mad depositor as I have a monthly bankroll and I stick to that.
If I win I win, If I lose I will have to wait for the next month, simple as that.

A casino has no right to sniff into my personal stuff like my income.

I would agree if you would spend thousands on deposits every month, maybe then a casino might ask how you get your income but I am just a regular Joe when it comes to deposits. ;)

I am quite lucky at Casumo lately so yeah for me this feels like stalling a bit.
 
Ah anyway I see the issue has been resolved and my document was okay.
Funds received and restriction lifted. :)
Didn't expect for this to be completed today.

The verification is now complete and the withdrawal restriction on your Casumo account has been removed.
