Question Casumo Experience

Hi Everyone I’m a longtime lurker new member. I had a big win at Casumo and joined up thinking I would have to file a PAB to get my money.

But...My experience with them has not been too intrusive or unpleasant.

On October 4th I won 178 000 euros there and have made a lot of withdrawal requests. The maximum amount to cash out to my MuchBetter wallet is 10 000€
To be fair I was not validated , so I had to complete sow drop down check list and show proof of residence etc. So maybe that is why it was longer than the 72 hour time frame they give you.

So far I have received 20 thousand from the winnings. I did make 4 requests on the 4th. It just seems weird they would send 2 of the 4 requests from that day.

i have never withdrawn from any other casino so i wasn’t sure what to expect.

Should I be contacting them every day reminding them ? They told me that larger withdrawals like this take more time.

I’m not trying to say Casumo is bad. I actually have liked the customer service and experience there. I just would appreciate any advice from you guys on this matter !

FYI Casumo can be a bit tetchy at times about the details of the KYC procedure etc. That will sometimes slow things down.

Casumo is a trusted casino and the do pay their players. I noticed lately some casinos are slow on the withdrawal requests (once it was even canceled due to high volume of withdrawals). I felt that this stalling technique was for them wanting the player to continue playing. My advice, be patient.
 
Thanks guys for the advice. I just received another 20 000 payment this morning.

It looks like it may take a few weeks but i will get paid.

My KYC and SOW was a breeze. It was done in a day or so. I think we Canadians may have it a bit easier in that regard.
 
As @maxd mentioned, they have had more complaints in recent years pertaining to SOW.

It seems that you are being paid - That's very important. I can't see any other reason for them to stop if they have already started the process. Hope you receive everything and keep us posted. Well done on the win too!

To their credit, they've improved since last year. I rather suspect someone was re-trained following the sheer volume of complaints re SOW they were getting on the more public forums (e.g. Facebook, Trustpilot etc.)
 
Yeah I really have no complaints with Casumo. The only problem is actually I can’t bet sports on my account.

apparently I have an account that preceded them having a sports book. They asked me to close this account and sign up a new one to access sports. I will do that once all my winnings are laid out !
 
I’m actually having more problems with MuchBetter. The online wallet that i have been using for deposits and these withdrawals.

I have made 4 requests to send me the money. And it shows the money is out of my account but I have only received one transfer from them.

they don’t have a phone number and the support seems to take forever to reply .

Im not worried or anything I just didn’t think there would be any problems on their end
