I emailed Customer support the other day regarding these very issues. Not to mention I've deposited and wagered thousands and lost more than I've cashed out and played almost every week for the past 18 months. Only received one 25 euro no deposit bonus in that time and 2x 5 euro bonuses. I'm blue belt lol, probably because of my constant piss poor RTP especially on bonanza. When asked what I need to do to earn better rewards or even the odd generous no deposit bonus for loyalty their answer was we don't know.

I'm not going to copy and paste the email into this thread. That answer sums up the casinos whole attitude. They just don't care about your loyalty.
