I am a bit in same boat. I used to be VIP and played slots there mostly but since I hit the highest level 180 I basically get no freebies anymore never any deposit offers or freebies.

Also they removed my cashback plan I had as was on 15% and very happy with that as I got a bit back weekly if on a loss.

Since then I don't play so much anymore even when I made a lot of deposits for a longer period again nothing changed. I was told they would monitor or check etc but heard nothing as its a few years back now

I do like Casumo and rate them one of the best casinos. Sadly their loyalty plan is a mess. Should reward higher level players with better rewards etc.

When I was making over €500 in deposits weekly at one time a few years back I found it an insult to sometimes back then to get 5 spins at 0.10 cent

To finish off I have only very good things to say about their support as they are top notch and always a cheeky fun comment from them. They also bit back helped me with a small bonus since it was Casumo birthday and again nothing in my account despite they handed out free spins/bonuses to many players.

I like to take bonuses to extend play time. 30x+30x is terrible. Especially for reloads of 50%. Get $50 bonus...wager $4500...awful. And Support is not very honest either. I asked how much wager was and they insisted it was 30x the bonus. That was untrue and it was obviously done on purpose.

I played here once and never went back or take the reloads because of this.

Good casino but I never take there bonuses as the wagering is way to high had a £70 quid bonus and wagering was 5k now that's a joke hench why I don't take them anymore

For me only this Info below with the Ganes is intresting: I play casumo sometimes but not pretty often since Germans was banned few years and Acounts were closed. Now everybody had to create a new one but thats also a year or more ago
Everytime i want to deposit and ask in the Chat if there were any offers for a Deposit they say the same NO but keep an eye on the emails -.- offers that expire the same day mostly i dislike
