Cassava - Proof of licence breach already

So, as a continuing part of investigations into verification failures in the sector we opened accounts at Cassava under same identity but different date of birth and email addresses. No money deposited or anything but yesterday in light of the new regs I get the following email from both 777.com and 888.com.

So once again a new legislation has been circumvented by a casino operator. They can't have done the checks as the date of birth was wrong and I was not asked for docs. Wonder who will he next to flout this. UKGC informed.
