You should really shorten the time the "boss fight" takes. One of my goes at the "wheel of fortune" took almost 15 minutes to complete and i lost it aswell. Anoying even if i win..

And why are there several choices on each slot? With different RTP % for the last hour? I tought online slots was just a RNG result shown in my browser?? How can u have several instances of one slot?

The site is riddled with bugs and glitches at the moment , free spins constantly going missing , No live chat on the sites premiere weekend so no solution for all the problems i have been having , Boss fights take an eternity and if you win its usually 1/2 euro or 5/10 spins ( which then go missing haha )

As someone mentioned before it seems we are BETA testing with our own cash

I've given this casino a go as well, and yes, there's a lot of kinks that need to be ironed out, However, the concept is very well thought out and I'm confident this casino will be HUGE once everything works. My girlfriend, who actually don't like slots that much, absolutely loved the "candy crush"-map and that she got to "challenge" bosses.

Even though it is not what I am used to, it was easy to navigate and looks good.

However, even though it says on withdrawal page that the WDs are instant, this is what it says in the terms

40x play through on the prizes? Ouch! Judging by that picture I thought it was an actual cash prize and not a bonus! Usually when someone like 32red gives me something like their red letter day draw I only a have to play through 10x.

I really like the concept of this but I'm going to be sitting out signing up for a while. Let any issues iron out first. I would like to see the WR come down on those boss prizes, that's for sure! I don't consider it a prize if I can't easily withdraw it. Hopefully that comes down in time though given they are a new outfit.

Whilst I do like the concept I can't help but feel the WR for the bosses is far too high. Given that the concept is to reward players for continued play by defeating the bosses and unlocking games being given 500 euros to only find a 40x play through requirement players may feel like they have not been kindly rewarded for their efforts and continued play. Worse is if this bonus is added and locks up current funds. This would be the opposite of a reward! Is it not possible to consider an option whereby any boss winnings are added when the player requests them?

Is this something you could look into either now or perhaps in the future? I like the concept, but if I am going to be rewarded with 40x play through requirements for my efforts then I don't feel I could sign up, as much as I'd like to.

Personally I feel that no more than 30x WR should be applied. This would bring it inline with most casino bonuses. Remember people will see this as a prize and not a standard casino bonus, so I feel it should be handled differently. Maybe even having different WR. So boss bonus would be say, 25x and other bonuses would be 35x or something. If the boss bonus is no different to any other bonus then it kind of ruins the appeal of going for it.

Just my thoughts, I'm sure others might have a different opinion of course.

Yes 40 x wagering on the boss bonus is waaaay to much. I sent a request to close my account due to this fact alone.

I won 500 and at first i actually tought it was real cash, but i had my suspicions. I understand its wagering on the freespinns this is normal, but cash prizes like this are usually awarded as real cash at most casinos. Either make it harder to win these cash prices and make them real cash or you should lower the wagering on it.
40x is next to impossible to beat. Imagine winning 1000 and u have to make a 40K playtrough... I would be pissed if that happened to me. I think alot of customers will get turned of when they find out its 40x wagering on it, atelast i was.

Firstly they have the Skrill logo on their website yet don't accept it as a payment method?
Could of saved myself the trouble of registering.
I went to "live chat" to find out about it only to find live chat was down and I had to send a message.

Also the free spin sign up bonus are much worse than most sign up bonuses.
Firstly they don't even amount to 100% deposit bonus and secondly you are limited to one or two games!
Also the website is misleading regarding the free spin offer, advertising "get 250 free spins" and not "Up to 250 free spins" along with not having a simple link to the T&C's.
Actually there is some poor design all around as I should not have to scroll to the bottom of the page for support information and there should be a live chat button prominently placed, assuming live chat works eventually.
Also a more accessible and explanatory segment on what the casino saga actually entails, what you can win and how, along with appropriate T&C's would be welcome rather than just a promotional video with minimum information.

It would also be nice to have a currency choice to play in.

My final gripe is having locked games that are normally playable, even in demo mode, at other casinos. How is that going to feel like unlocking an achievement for players rather than being restricted for no reason?

The concept is good but they should have exclusive games that are locked. That would make unlocking them worthwhile and give something to play for without feeling unfairly penalised.

Actually as a web developer I have many suggestions on how this casino could be improved but that said they are on the right track by tying to offer something supplementary to the usual casino experience along with added possibilities to win something.
