Casinos withdrawing from Slovenia

Hi,

does anyone have any information as to why Casinos are withdrawing from Slovenia? I have noticed I am unable to access Betfair and all Bettson group casinos. The message I get:

This website is not available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Should you have any queries relating to betsson.com please contact customer services [email protected].

Would be nice to know whats the official reason for that course of action. Maybe some reps can shed some light? And if this will be occuring in more casinos...

Thanks, I've also done some research only to found new Slovenian Gambling Act will be in place by end of year and Casinos want to start clean state by obtaining license.
