well they are going to be playtech casinos generally....casino fortune offers it and I turned 10 into 150 there once before I became too greedy and you know the rest of the story.

Yes, most of playtech casinos have it. Also almost all microgaming casinos have variations with surrender option (eg Atlantic city blackjack).
