Are there any reputable casinos which accept US players, accept CC deposits, and have Western Union withdrawals?

I have been unable to find any such casino and I always liked using WU as a withdrawal option before the whole UIGEA stuff because of its quickness and ease.

CC deposits are not easy to come by I know.

I would even consider a sportsbook that had a casino at this point too.
