Just to let you guys know if your taking today's genours offer at casino room and you click the calendar to deposit the code is auto put in but than states invalid,

Do not panic as for some reason an extra space is added to front the code, Just delete the blank space what you canot see or type the code in,

I have let support know so they should sort it.

Another thing is that getting that stupid message from skrill Balance payments are not allowed to this merchant.

And the caladner code is still not sorted, still adding the space infront of the code, Talking to help is a waste of time, I trying to help out instaed being talked to like I do not know nothing.

thanks a lot for reporting both issues, the space has been removed from the links now, there was some % sign in between, thus the code would show as invalid, this has been fixed now.

We are looking into the issue with Skrill, currently waiting for an update from the merchant, I hope it won't take long, I'll get back as soon as I have news to share.

Only trying to help you out there, I get nothing for it nor do I expect any thing, I did mind you get a £20 bonus which believe it or not was spent

I have had the issue with skrill on one or two sites in the past, Its to do with the licence, Even low you have one skrill sees it different. I give up on using skrill unless I get a payment in than will use for deposit, They have whacked up the fees on cash withdraws and sort nothing out if run into problems

You might as well get rid of live help. The bonus 150% for new year has been sitting in the lobby for a few days with no rules to it, Just click on it and takes you to deposit wit a code,

I guessed it can only be used once so go and ask live help about it as that annoying live help pops up every time you log in,

Any way I ask where are the terms for this bonus such when valid from and till and was told contact the email desk??

What is the point in having live chat? Better still there is no point having a small logo on the main page and all it states is new year 150%

At the bear minimum it should be removed once used. If thas not possible than add Valid Once From ?? TO ??

Come on, Surely you can do better than this to promote a promo, Plenty of room to write can be used once between certain dates

EDIT::: It does bring up invalid code as tested a small deposit, I still deposited but again it would not hurt to add on that picture, Valid once between certain dates

Promo terms are very clear in the email, but I agree with you that this promo should have a landing page with bonus terms, this is something we have agreed to here as well, that every promo must be super clear, so I'll check with the marketing team what happened here.

I did not receive an email unless I missed it, Not even no need for a landing page, Just a valid from and too date and valid once, also write standerd t&c's

That would be more than surface, I will try and look for the email now but 99.9% I not received or complete missed it. It did state invalid code as tested it, Still made a small deposit as used the 150% the other day
