CasinoRoom Problems Cashing out

So i was lucky and won about 11K USD @ Casinoroom.com. But when i try to cash out bank transfer was not avalible. I asked on Live chat they told me monday. I asked again today and they told me 2 weeks, then suddenly he says hours and finally he told me this week. Im kinda confused to say the least.

Then he suggests i use Skrill or any other Ewallet BUT i have to make a deposite for that to work...Problem is Norwegian banks block gambling and i cant deposite into Skrill and gamble with the money. I can recieve the money but they couldent send it unless i deposited first.
Then he suggested VISA witch is the method i deposited with. But then i had to make another deposite trough the VISA option 2. That also wont work because it says the payment is to Europoker witch is a gambling site... So then i asked them why they couldent send it to my visa since i deposited with visa but no, i have to use visa depositing option 2 and not option 1. Visa Option 1 (trough Ticket surf) is the only deposite option i have...

Now first of all why wouldent bank transfer be avalible? And why do i have to deposite again to cash out??? This is just stupid...

What you may want to do is to send ordinary support a link to this thread. Maybe the rep that once were registered here has quit or something. Perhaps they are interested in bringing in a new rep that can help you out.

I think im going to wait until friday and see what happens.. They havent approved my documnts yet neither. I just find it alitle weird that as they told me, are finshing a new deal on banktranfers and i get 3 difrent timelines on when it should be avalible. Just seams like a staling manouver

I actully had the exact same problem ( Took me around 2 months to cash out ) And i wasnt even able to cash out my whole bankroll ( Was some tecnical error they said ) and i lost the rest..

Ive done the same as you, depositing with my VISA card but wasnt able to cashout.

Ive had numerous of phonecalls to them ( They where always nice ) but wasnt at any help. Aswell as at least 20-30 emails.

The problem was that the support had absolutley no idea what to do unitl after 7-8 weeks which really was horrible.

Finally i could cash out around 70 % of my BR ( They didnt know why i coudlnt cash out all cause I had met all WR )

Ive never had any problems at any other casino except casinoroom.

Hopefully it works out !

what method didd you use to cash out? Got an email now they verified my account. But they still saying the banktranfer should be up n running by the end of the week.
 
I lost 7000 back to them now... i know its my own fault but it wouldent have happened if i was able to cash out... THIS IS IT! Im done with online gambling its all a fucking scam!! Even when u win you gotta jumptrough hoops to get paid...

Yep, the great cashout fiddle. Imagine walking into Ladbrokes, backing a horse, winning £1000 and then trying to cash your slip in. "Sorry, can't pay you for 24/48/96hours/whenever we want to."

I'll never understand the point of a pending period, what players loose back to the casino will be lost by the casino once said player decides never to deposit there again. Then you have players like me that won't reverse funds and instead just get annoyed with the casino for making me wait so long.

Online casinos should at the very least be able to flush you're withdrawal.

Good for you that you never play it back - I get annoyed AND sometimes play it back. To the OP: I know how your feel and am very sorry - but you still got 4000, hang on to it!

Very well said Dunover! Pending is NEVER in the player's interest. May I suggest playing at Maxino, once you withdraw you can NOT reverse it, although it may take a few hours to hit your e-wallet, but that doesn't matter, right? Their payouts are generally very fast. PP means Paddy Power, but Dutchies are not allowed to play there, don't know about Scandinavians...

CasinoRoom has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space

Op or anybody that is owed money by these guys should PAB. That way Max can try to help. The amount of PABs filed and unresolved I think contributes to whether a casino gets put in the rogue pit. But you never know a PAB might prompt the casino to get off their ass and pay. We live in hope.
