Have issues come up regarding affiliate commissions before? I've had some weird stuff happen before.

I think a bit more detail about what exactly was "weird" in your case is required before anyone can comment.

I've been promoting them (on and off and on again) for 7.5 years and don't recall anything out of the ordinary.

I should've removed the second sentence. I wasn't interested into venturing in my own issues and actually I'm not an affiliate (well sub-affiliate yes, but not for CR).

After I started this thread, the CR rep contacted me and I told her my own concerns, so there is no point in bringing it up on the forum now (I also decided I didn't want to go bring it up).
