Casinorewards endless bonus nightmare

I have had over 40000 vip points jammed there for about 10 years. Its over 300€ stuck there and it irritates me a LOT! Everyone knows the trick- redeeming vip points are temporarily suspended bla bla bla. Ive deposited and played there occationally but no help.

Has anyone ever managed to open this kind of situation? Really, its my money that belongs to me!

Is here still active rep for them who could help? Or should I PAB for this maybe? Is it worth trying or even possible @maxd

Yeah, a PAB is probably the best way to go. That way we can bring Renee in to speak with you directly on this, if needs be.

I've had about £25 stuck for a similar amount of time.
