Hi all,

I have promoted Prestigecasino.com since they used bossmedia software. (about 2 years!)

After Casinopays.com migrated the affiliate accounts to their site I have not been able to login. They say that my affiliate accounts were "destroyed" under the migration, and there is nothing they can do. They have just asked me to open new accounts and promote their brands..

BUT WHAT ABOUT ALL THE PLAYERS I HAVE SENT TO PRESTIGE/DIAMOND/PLAYGATE ?!

Casinopays.com can't/won't help and have not offered any kind of compensation.

Don't work with Casinopays.com!

Regards
Benjamin

This is ridiculous

Casinopays has mailed me and offered me $xxxx. I don't think it's a fair deal, because I belive I have sent xxx real money players to the 3 casinos from PrestigeGaming and when I signed up as an affiliate, I was promoised lifetime revenue share....So I asked for more.

Then I recieved this mail:

"Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have taken a look at your accounts that you had and in combination of those accounts you brought approximately XX players, which makes your min. XXX seem somewhat unrealistic. We therefore feel that the $xxxx is more than enough to compensate and for us to move forward"

How can Casinopays look at my accounts/data when thay say the accounts was Lost/destroyed under the Migration from thepartnerpage.com to Casinopays.com ?

Hi Dominique,

The players was migrated from bossmedia to playtech without problems. I continued to promote PrestigeGaming from the new affiliate website: Thepartnerpage.com.

After some time they decided to move the affiliate accounts to Cpays.com, and my accounts was "lost" ?!

do you understand me ?

I am not talking boss to playtech - that happened when the casinos changed software.

I am saying that supposedly Playtech needs to migrate the players from the Partnerpage to Casinopays. Apparently Casinopays orders it and then Playtech has to do it.

At least that is what I was told.

Okay.

But what do you think I should do ?

What would you do, if you promoted a group of casinos in 2-3 years, and your affiliate account and players suddenly was gone. disappeared.

I don't know if the casinos are making money on the players I sent, because I can't login. But if they are, I won't recieve one single dollar.

I can't login at Casinopays.com!

Somehow my accounts was "lost" when they migrated the affiliates from Thepartnerpage.com to Cpays.com.

I have emailed Cpays.com many times. This is the answer I get:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting me.

Unfortunately, neither of the accounts that you have listed below, appear on our records.

But some days ago I recieved this mail:

I have taken a look at your accounts that you had and in combination of those accounts you brought approximately XX players, which makes your min. XXX seem somewhat unrealistic. We therefore feel that the $xxxx is more than enough to compensate and for us to move forward

How is that possible ? They can't see my accounts but they can see "XX" ?!

Hi All,

Just want to update you about my affiliate accounts.

1. Casinopays has offered me 1/4 of what I asked for.
2. The amount is non negotiable
3. I have decided to say no thanks

I really don't think the offer is fair. If I accept it, lifetime revenue share is history. You can send players to the casinos for years, and suddenly the affiliate program has technical problems and all your players are lost.

upps...we are sorry.....But hey: take this non negotiable amount, and buy an ice-cream

No Thanks

I had 2 accounts. One of them was opened in 2002. The other was opened in 2004, I think......It's funny that exactly these 2 accounts has been destroyed, when there are 2 years between the opening dates... ?

This email is also VERY funny:

Hi Benjamin,
My name is xxxxx and I am your new account manager for www.casinopays.com. I have noticed a decrease in players coming from your sites in the past few months. Are you still involved in the industry? If not, please inform me otherwise we will close your account with CasinoPays.
However, if you are still involved lets work together as I am sure we can make some good $$$!
Contact me ASAP.
Regards,

I am done with casinopays. I will never work with this affiliate program again. The casinos are blacklistet on my sites and I will warn my players about their business methods.

This is not only a question of payment and money, it's a matter of principles, and I think it's important to all affiliates.

UPDATE...

I have reached an agreement with Casinopays, and they have payed me compensation for the affiliate accounts.

I now consider this case to be closed! Thanks to CasinoAffiliatePrograms for helping me with this!
