Casinomeister's Player Arbitration (PAB) service will best last year's record RTP of €1.1M.

We're happy to announce that we've just met and slightly surpassed last year's record breaking €1.1M RTP (Return To Players), the amount that we recover for players through our PAB service.

It's actually been a pretty tough year for us, PABs were way up in Q3 and that trend has continued into Q4; 90 PABs in October, doubling the usual 40-45 per month. When you consider it's just two people on the PAB chain gang here that's a lot of complaints under the bridge.

Needless to say we're well on our way to a new record RTP for 2024 _and_ a new record for total PABs in a year. Will we break the 600 ceiling? Could happen! We'll let you know in about a month's time.

Our PAB service is the most established Online Casino complaint center - full stop.
Good thing for getting players money back........ bad thing that I have noticed a massive trend. Casinos playing a lot of games and not wanting to pay out. I think a lot of casinos are struggling.

Ive all but quit playing slots. Way too many casinos do not work properly and then if you win, the stalling is totally out of control.

Thanks for all your help this past year. Good news, this new year you wont have to do any PABs for me. I have closed almost every single casino I was part of and no longer play.
 
That’s amazing and a testament to CasinoMeister and the reason Bryan set it up. Quite fitting on the weekend he retired from the site.

Max and the team, you’re doing a great job and it’s amazing and also worrying to hear the numbers are so high.
 
Yes it is a "bitter-sweet" success story.

Huge props to Max for continuing to prove that he is the best in the business, but it would be much nicer if he didn't have to ie in the form of a considerably lower work/caseload.
