My account was blocked 21 June and they ask me send my notarized docs to London. Address was wrong and the letter was not delivered, but after conversation my account was unlocked.
I ask Casino Luck about covering my cost for FedEx 13 September. After a long conversation Casino Luck said: "The query has been sent to our finance department for evaluation." It was 26 September.
18 October I ask CasinoLuck about investigation. They don't answer.
