hi everyone, do any of you guys have experience from the casinoin ?I just got 7k (usd) in a game, they said I would contact customer support to be able to make a withdrawal.

A good review from Askgamblers is worse than no review.

Add a Curacao license and it's not looking good.

I've been playing at this casino for months, the FEW times I had some LITTLE wins I was always been paid in full and in a timely manner. But I am talking about little wins.
They never asked me any doc for the KYC procedure.

Recently I decided to stop with them since my luck there seems to be desaparecida. But this is another story.
Hope you can be paid without any issue.

file a complaint with their respective alternative dispute resolution, check on there terms and conditions this is what I found, nothing about a adr thats appointed or who to go to, kind of seems wierd, never saw something like this before where they don't direct you to a adr, or complaint service.

  1. 11.1. Any disputable situations arising between the Company and the Client shall be settled out of court.
  2. 11.2. The Party claiming an infringement upon its rights may send a complaint to the other Party's e-mail provided there is information about Match results from official sources.
  3. 11.3. The complaint with respect to a Bet shall be submitted within five (5) business days after the person learned or must have learned about the alleged infringement of rights.
  4. 11.4. The Company shall confirm receipt of the Client's complaint by e-mail to be sent within five (5) business days from after the complaint is received. The Company shall consider the complaint and make a decision within twenty (20) business days of its receipt.
  5. 11.5. Clients' complaints shall be considered based on the information available to the Company and the official sources of sport events. The information provided by other companies shall not be taken into account or considered.
  6. 11.6. If internal inspections conducted by the Company's specialists reveal any signs of illegal actions by the Client, the Company may cancel all registered Bets, block the Client's account, and conduct an additional investigation of such actions, in particular request documents from the Client as may be required for such investigation. If the investigation proves that the Client has not committed any illegal actions, the client account will be unblocked. In other cases, including, but not limited to, non-provision, or provision of an incomplete package of documents, or other attempts by the Client to prevent the additional investigation, the Company may close the Client's account and apply to law-enforcement authorities. This investigation may take up to 30 business days, in some exceptional cases more than 30 business days.
  7. 11.7. In disputable situations having no precedents, the Company shall reserve the right to make decisions based on its accumulated knowledge and experience.

Casinos with a Curacao license do as they please with next to zero comeback. There the odd one or two that are genuine, the rest are bent as. The likely hood of you being paid from either of these casinos is very slim.

As a customer, don't play at these crap hole casinos, Have a look at the accredited casinos on Casinomeister, as you will always get paid.
