It is ETSI software://www.elec-tec.biz/, that is the website, I have played many hands of Joker Poker and Jacks and have hit lots of 4 oak and even 5 oak so the software seems ok as far as payouts I dont know. They do boast that VR is their flagship casino. Good Luck.

I have one complaint on these guys from May 2001 which I believe was resolved. They don't have a very high profile, and I've never checked out their software really.

Their software provider is here Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) and it looks a little funky to me. And some of this looks somewhat familiar to me, but I just can't place it. The server 24-7HOMEANDLEISURE.COM rings a bell.

I guess this is why it's called gambling
