I searched the forum, and only found out of one thread about Casino Vega lately. I also feel that I need to post this thread here so that Casino Vega won't just forget me. I Pitched-A-Bitched 1 month ago exactly and I still havent received my money.

This is my story about Casino Vega. I won $1225 from their casino after completing wagering requirements and it has been 6 months since I requested the withdrawal. I still have not received the money. I sent this e-mail to them almost 2 months ago and I haven't still received a decent reply:

Dear Casino Vega

I would like to contact you in regard to my withdrawal originally made in September 2006.

428179 10112006 92624 AM CP $725.00
424696 9252006 30439 AM CP $1,225.00

Here is the receipt of this withdrawal.

I withdrawed $1225, but you never sent it to me. At the same time $500 went missing from my account as you only returned $725 to my account. I tried to cash out that that amount, but you would not process it either.

At that time the Terms Conditions required a certain play through (I have a copy of them) which I followed. The WR was 15x $300 $4500. I completed the wagering requirements on allowed games and I wagered over $5000.

I am going to contact Casinomeister.com (Brian Bailey) and warn everyone about your casino if you are not going send my deposit in the next 3 days.

You owe me $1225 and I would that amount sent to me as soon as possible. The wait has already been obviously too long and unacceptable.

Please send my money as soon as possible to my Neteller account

Best Regards
Kirsi

So they have owned $1225 for over 6 months now. I have sent their floorman about 10 e-mails and sent atleast 30 "Help Ticket" enquiries. They usually just remove my tickets and ignore me. I haven't received a single reply from their floor manager and I have pointed this out atleast 5 times in the help tickets but he won't still reply me. Casinomeister has not yet contacted me since I PABed, so I am unsure if he has had any progress with them.

Obviously I do not recommend this casino to anyone.

Hi Kirsiv,

You PAB was forwarded to the casino on 14 Feb. I guess you haven't heard anything either (I emailed you then to give me a heads up if they contacted you).

I've resent this just now. Hopefully someone will wake up and smell the coffee. :D

In the meantime - avoid this casino at all costs.

The casino has responded stating that you have multiple accounts. This is why you haven't been paid. Any comment on this?

That is absolutely not true. I have had only one account at them. They have claimed before that WR was not met. When I told them I had met the wagering requirements they told me that I have multiple accounts.

I am tired of their excuses. They told me that the floorman would solve the issue after I had had verified that I had me the WR. I can provide any proof they request. I am just wondering what they will claim next. The worst now is that they have ignored all my latest attempts to contact them so I really cant proof anything as they won't talk to me! :eek2:

Here is one of the tickets they sent me. In this one they claimed I had not met the WR. At that time I deposited the terms allowed to withdraw after wagering the smaller amount.

I have personally looked into the issue that you have inquired. It appears that you have not met the wagering requirement for a cashout at the time of your request 10/2/2006.

Our wagering requirements are posted on our site, and can be found here:

Since you have been only playing BlackJack for your wagering, you must wager "deposit + Bonus40X".
You have only wagered $5,200.00 (lifetime). For a valid cashout, you had to of wagered at least $8,100.00.

If you have any further comments or questions please do not hesitate to ask.

i tried to make life simplier: And therefore decided to belive the player!
Its not a question of multiple accounts, but of multiple excuses.
Next one will be: " well, yes, at first he didnt meet the WR, but then we discovered muti acc.s
And this can be topped by: Ok, ok, we agree, he met WR, he had only one account, but he deposited in and not in finnish marka.
well- and finally the ID-theme with another 196 variations.

i tend to quote CM (once more): Avoid ... at all costs!

Pit.

Toss em in the pit,

From their site:-

Casino Vega is a division of B.G Entertainment N.V, an International Business Corporation registered in Curacao. Our servers are located in London England, in full compliance with all local rules and regulations. Patrons of Casino Vega can also play their favorite bingo games at our partner site Bingo Vega.

Either they are lying, or they are going to get a visit from Scotland Yard:rolleyes:

They use "Parlay", same as Winwood Casino, and are "approved" by the "Internet Gaming Commission"

Here'a another rogue trap.

"In order to receive a cash out, a player must have deposited a minimum of $25 within the last 14 days."

This is a problem because, well, of the balance in the account is above $25 you cannot deposit at all, and thus could only comply with the above term by losing everything unless the previous deposit was made recently.

The terms for everything are against the text with a "click here" EXCEPT for the 200% sign-up bonus. Using the "site map" is the only obvious way of finding these little beauties, and they are not called "terms and conditions", but "casino policies".
I have been unable to find any mention of WR for the 200% bonus, and arguments about currency are irrelevant, since all play is tracked in dollars in any case.

Most definitely one to be avoided.

This is true but their (BingoVega & CasinoVega) license is from Netherlands, Antilles and they are STILL using the multiple accounts EXCUSE. They are also closing accounts of some who have requested a withdrawal. They have been getting away with this kind of behavior for 2-3 YEARS.

Does anyone have any idea who I might contact to go above the heads of the "floorman" who will not respond by email?

We have one player that is behind on her weekly installments tune the tune of $1,000. BEHIND on a withdrawal request of $14,700. She has received only two payments in over a month. We have one player who requested an $1,800. withdrawal just to have ehr account closed and they will not respond to either of us. We have a player from over a year ago that requested an $800. withdrawal to have her account closed due to "multiple accounts abuse".

Is there not some way to stop these sites who rip off their players? Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

Only bad publicity. The clearest rogue sign is there declaration that their dervers are in LONDON. At the time of the original complaint, it was ILLEGAL to have gambling servers in any part of the UK. From September 2007, they would have to have a UK Gambling Commission licence to have gaming servers located in London. Clearly, they are lying about where their servers are, and are probably also lying about where they are licenced.

They also use Parlay software, and seem to be playing the same games as Winward have been playing, and for a similar length of time.

This should be more than enough for entry to the pit (if they are not already there), even before individual player issues are investigated.

Winward are owned by Winward hall, who are in Ireland, but that is not where their GAMING servers are, as this too would be illegal as Ireland do not offer online gaming licences. I would suspect their servers are in one of the juristictions rejected by the UK gambling commission, or even Costa Rica, who didn't even bother to apply.

I really appreciate all of this information!! MORE than you know. I will be passing it on. I know their email came from Canada. I have been requested to call them on the phone about these complaints, but I think they owe these players a written explanation AND their winnings.

The bad publicity they will get.. I promise! That is the only way to let other players know of a sites history. Players not only spend mega $$ in online casinos (poker etc.), but also playing online bingo. We have established a "working relationship" with a few of the sites and I am in hopes more will follow.

Thanks again VWM!!
