I was just coming to post about this - I thought they'd been under new management for awhile now. I figured maybe they got sold again to someone new....?

if they get bought up by jc they are at least reputable, but this regalb which shows everywhere in their promo mails: london here, london there as they were a casino running from london, aight;):D
i don like such misleading advertisement.

this new management is a joke! i cashed out 2k on august 1st. then i got the we need your docs again. finally they sent the wire transfer on august 9. today is the 20th and still no wire.

bad start for new management.
 
Everyone needs to understand this is not the same Casino Titan. Because they are now owned by a group with a history of slow payments, that's what you can expect. Play there at your risk and inconvenience. This is also why their accredited status was pulled here on CasinoMeister when they were sold. That should tell you something right there.

The old casino titan still owes me 550.00 i never got it. I did get a little pissy and they closed my account. I hope the new management honors this payout ive been waiting a very long time and the management at all the old casino titan were just not professional in anyway.Very rude and never returned emails the manaGEMENT or the support team.I hope i get paid.

But the old saying does a bear shit in the woods?

Well got email i was told its being handled by old management but the old management told me before they went bye bye all requests were going to be handled by new management im confused if they took the casino over arent they responsible for the other casinos debts?
 
I would assume they SHOULD be responsible. The Casino is the same and a shuffle in Management / ownership should not void legitimate winnings or payouts.

I've passed it to CasinoTitan Finance. After checking all the history of your account they can not see anything related to $550 being owed.

Your account was closed by the old management when your balance was on 0.

If you have any data that you can send- Please do.

I've been a Casino Titan player since the casino first began its operations and, while I've never had a problem cashing out or with customer service before, I have to admit that the most recent Casino Titan posts had me worried about receiving a $600 withdrawal I was owed.

My withdrawal reached my bank account this morning and, while I did have to re-send my documents after the casino changed management, things were in fact smooth with my wire transfer after I resent my documents. Also, Daniel (their rep on here) was very helpful during the process.

Hopefully those of you who are owed money by Casino Titan will get it soon. As for myself, I'll probably proceed with caution for a little bit, seeing as how I still need to feel completely comfortable with the new management, but I'll continue to play here for as long as I'm treated fairly as a customer.

I agree. The new management is indeed responsible for the payouts to all players. The first thing that was done after taking over the brand is to clear all the pending withdrawals for all Casino Titan players.

In your case: I post the same answer I posted 2 days ago on another post that you opened:

Titan finance manager and I went twice over your whole history in the casino and still we can't find anything related to the missing $550 you mention: cash out requests or anything of that sort.

Not only that, but during all that time, there was not a single time when you had more then $300 available for withdrawal!

Therefore I need you to explain what exactly we are talking about: winnings, refunds...? and dates of the withdrawal request (since i cannot see any request during at least the last 3-4 months).

Regarding the player logs that were suggested in the other thread. I can request them to be send to you and to Bryan or Max. If you want it to be done please make sure with Bryan that it is accepted.

The old Casiino Titan was great. They always had some great offers and paid within 48 hours.

I have got absolutely no confidence in Casino Titan's new management. They are a bunch of rogues and dont deserve my business,

if you want me to change this view please guarantee to pay within 48 hours and pay a minimum of 5000 per week. Until then F off.

I am really disappointed the old casino titan got taken over by this bunch of thieves,
