I would appreciate members views regarding my recent experience with Casino Rewards/Luxury Casino.
I've been a member of their group for over 20 years with no issues. Deposited on a regular basis, occasionally had withdrawals.
In Dec I received a Birthday Bonus of 75dollars( the currency I use at Luxury Casino). Amazingly I managed to wager the 200x offer and cashed out 1700dollers.
Within 12 hours I had received this money to my debit card. Excellent customer service. Brilliant.
I sent Customer Support a thankyou email for the bonus and also the rapid transfer of cash. I received a reply thanking me, congratulating me and stating they would put my comments on there wall of winners.
So I deposited again and accepted a bonus promotion , one of two available in my account. I played and lost. Fair enough. I deposited again and used the 2nd promotion ( I think they were both around 25% or so ). I lost this one too. No worries.
On going to my C/R promotions I now had 37 dollers of points to convert. Most of which I had accrued on my birthday bonus wager.
However on trying to convert I received a message stating my bonus points has been temporarily suspended to protect the casino.
Oh....have I been bonus abusing then.
I sent several emails to customer support but nobody replied to me.
I simply asked for an explanation as to what's happened and did they think I'd abused there bonus system.
My account has now been disabled at my request.....I never asked for it to be disabled.
No reasons, no responses, no replies.
I'm dumbfounded and pretty pissed off having been a member for so many years.
So did I abuse the promotions and deserve to be excluded or is someone just simply not happy I managed to cash out a birthday bonus.
