I've been trying to get through to casino classic and captain cooks since yesterday as have experienced problems with their latest promotion.

Phone line is always busy, chat has been disabled and no one is replying to emails, why the hell do these casinos run promotions if they then can't cope with customer demand :mad:

I thought the point of running promotions was to attract new customers, why the hell do they bother! because all they achieved is to piss me off.

Okay rant over, also if anyone from these casinos is listening, you've left the lights on in the office cause clearly you've all gone home.
 
I use to promote some of the casinos with them...Did it for 3 years and when I would log into my account it always showed the same thing...Never any hits, nor downloads...Funny thing is..I downloaded all the casinos that I was promoting and it never showed.
Needless to say...I don't deal with them any longer.

Anyway, some people from CR said that they do not monitoring here.
But actually they do. I know ;)

I think that their support, affiliate manager, etc are "ok".
...even you get some BS-letters from them, chat is always offline or whatever.

It seems that major reason is their f****** management.
 
aahhh it feels sooo good, I've just uninstalled the software for both these casinos......

oh and LOL, the uninstall s/w asked why I was not happy and even that link didn't work!

Now i get it. Probably their tech guy set up their live chat (always offline), email-system (lack, lack, lack CS), and that link you mention (what doesn't work)... and rest of staff... they try to figure out, what is the problem :rolleyes:

And how about their management?! Well they are too busy to find new excuses for new/old players. Also...

Now the thing is i deposited the money on the 14th may not the 7thmay
also it was captain cooks not casino classic, all they are, are unethical, lying cheating theiving low class pieces of dog chit casino.
if you can help me casinomeister i have every email sent to me in the last 4 days, i honestly thought i had a chance of getting the 1 hour free untill they locked me out, now i know they mean business, the funny thing is , if it were a land basd casino i would have gotten a lawyer by now and sued their asses for 1 million dollars but no they are an online casino and are untouchable which to me is dangerous, if someone is above the law then dodgy things happen.grazza7777, any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated and its not the money i;m worried about its the principle of the thing.

Just opened an account at luckyemperor and tried to contact them, and realised their 00 800 number from the UK doesn't work! Very unprofessional!

Needless to say my bonus request was refused, as i haven't lost enough money with them!

I have not phoned in 2 years, so I suggest looking to see if this is the number that is not working, or whether it is an old number that is the problem. Even if it rings, don't expect it to be answered in a hurry though!!! Live Chat is STILL "dead".
 
Yup! thats the number they have advertised everywhere. The lovely lady on my British Telecom line, is telling me "the number you have dialled has not been recognised".

Well sounds as though they have lots and lots of customers form the UK:thumbsup:

Stay away from Casino Rewards Group. They are BAD NEWS. The only group of Casinos I will not ever play due to very poor management.
 
Casino Rewards Stinks

They only anwser when they want to. They do not practice responsible gaming and only wnat your money and to hell with you.
 
I played this "promotion" at both casinos. Hardly impressive, since the games are restricted and are much tighter than their normal versions.

I did notice while I was playing the promotion at Captain Cook's, that the banner at the top said Casino Classic! :what:
