.
We have thus received a response from our Marketing Team and they have indicated that
you had used up the spins from the advertised promo period.

Do keep a look out for further promotional invites either in the Casino lobby or via
e-mail.
.

now why would wanna deposit again with a promo if they dont honor it? i did send another mail were i asked them to have a look in my game history, that was 10 hours ago no reply ?
they tempted me with a carrott and i took it :) but i wouldnt have if i knew the outcome,
i actully won about $26 on the free spins last Friday it was 2coin size and we all know it only take one spin :) so am a little upset about all this :)

I too followed a promo link that offered 30 free spins @ thunderstruck 2 AND 110% first deposit bonus. Didn't receive neither, until I contacted support and got the free spins, but never the 110% bonus. But no biggie, won a nice amount without the bonus so I'm kinda happy I didnt have to wager insane amounts.

i just mailed them and asked them to close my account its very sad when it has to come to this as its so easy for them to look in my game history to check it out but they wont ? but i still get emails from them about similar offers but if i cant be 100% sure i will get what they are offering im sure someone else wouldnt mind taking my money :D

I have just received the very same promotion, but THIS week's version.

The validity dates are clearly shown on the email, so there can be no disputing whether deposits were made within the timeframe.

Check whether it is even POSSIBLE that you could have "you had used up the spins from the advertised promo period" by seeing if an EARLIER deposit of 50 or more had been made within the advertised period, perhaps before you RECEIVED the email, as they can arrive AFTER the promotion starts, and you might not associate any "perk" received after making that deposit with the promo that later turns up in your inbox.

If you had made only the one deposit, received no free spins at all, yet support claim you have already used them, support are wrong, and this should be challenged - it's poor service.

i got the mail sunday night about the promo and and as i said
From 06:00.01 GMT on Monday 11th of October until 17:59.59 GMT on Tuesday 12th of October 2010
i deposit the $50 about 12:00 gmt Monday got the 22% ok added right away but never the free spins, support are so very wrong in this case :)

They seem to have slow ass withdrawals too. My withdrawal has been "Work in progress" state for a week already  I would understand if it was thousands but it's only a 3 digit number.

got an email late last night after i asked them to close the account got this reply so lets see what they come up with :)
.
Kim here from Casino LaVida

It is with regret that we receive an e-mail of this nature.

Please be advised that I am going to run another query for you with regards to this.
Please allow 24 hours for us to get back to you.

If you got the 22%, the system saw this as your SECOND deposit of the promotion. The FIRST deposit gets you the free spins, but NOT a 22% bonus as well.

When did you make the PREVIOUS deposit to the one you made at 12:00 GMT on the Monday? (if this was between 06 and 12 earlier in the day, it would have got you the free spins).

i have just settled this with them they agreed i didnt play the free spins but we agreed i get a $14 freebie instead not much but i just wanted to finish it :)

They should have got such a simple thing right in the first place. The evidence MUST have been there in the records, so why didn't support conduct proper checks before sticking to their flawed story. This is an ACCREDITED casino, and this falls below the expected standards.

I am also surprised they couldn't simply add the free spins rather than come up with this arbitrary figure of $14 to settle the matter. It would have been a cleaner solution, even though you might have ended up worse off with the free spins.

The same promotion runs at Red Flush, and yes, there IS a BUG in the system.
I deposited after 7am GMT (also displayed as "promotion time" in the lobby) for a similar promotion that started at 6am. I was inside the timeframe, yet the system FAILED to recognise this and credit the free spins. Later that afternoon I decided to verify my findings by depositing another 200. I got the free spins as though this was my FIRST deposit, whereas it was my second. In your case, the system took your FIRST deposit to be your SECOND, and credited the relevant 22% instead of the free spins. Could these seemingly different experiences be linked to a common fault in the system?
