Never see this casino mentioned here so thought I would share my expierience. I read a huge list of positive reviews from players on another forum regarding Casino Extreme so I ventured outside the accredited list which I don't do very often, here is how it went:

First thing I screwed up and registered for a non USD account and couldn't access any games so off to support I went.... William was my support agent and he was hands down one of the most courteous reps I have ever dealt with in an online casino he discovered right away my mistake and helped me correct the issue so I could play. So now I am ready to go and make a small $23 deposit of Bitcoin and hit several decent payouts in a short time. I checked and seen I made play through and had a nice balance of over $500 so decided to cash out. literally in a couple minutes I get an email from Steve in support, He wanted to congratulate me on my nice cash out and wanted to let me know I never sent verification docs and they would have to have them to cash me out ( Again a super friendly and helpful rep!)
I replied right back to his email and included my Docs in an attachment and within a few minutes I get another email from Steve, This time to thank me for sending my documents in and to inform me that he verified my account for me and had processed my withdrawal as well and once again he congratulated me on my winnings! From the time I requested withdrawal, Got my acct. verified and had payment in my account was under 30 minutes!! WTF I was in shock lol Casino extreme has got to be one of the best all around US facing casinos that are not on the list here ( I believe they would make the Accredited list if they applied for it ) William and Steve are super great guys and couldn't have been friendlier. I am a VIP at several RTG casinos as I do play a lot.... probably more than I should lol but I think I found a new place to call my favorite entertainment spot. Been working with and listing these guys on my websites for quite a while now and I agree they are top-notch!
I have also had several cash-outs processed instantly (to EcoPayz).

Unfortunately they can't be qualified to be Accredited here under Bryan's new rules, which excludes non US licenced casinos who accept American players, otherwise I'm sure they would be real contenders to get a pretty good reputation score.

No I am treated rudely anytime I try to cash out at slotocash also same method takes almost a week to get processed at slotocash so I would say no they are not part of the slot group

Many years ago i used this casino.

Rarely played RTG but if i did it would be There.

Liked the fact that when i won i would go to live chat and they would process the withdrawal to neteller on the spot. The money was in neteller before you finished chat.

Not sure if its still the same but for an RTG casino to do that was just unheard of. Not played there for years and could not even if i wanted to as i would not be able to deposit using neteller now since im in UK.

Decided to open an account yesterday after reading the comments in this thread.

After opening my account I popped into chat to see what was the fastest way to get my account KYC'd and I spoke to a rep named David.
He helped me very quickly and explained the procedure.
E-mailed the docs and within 22 minutes I got an e-mail to say my account was verified.

Replied back onto that e-mail because I did not get the e-mail to verify my e-mailaddress and the person dealing with my KYC replied within 5 minutes and told me he sorted it for me (Mikey).

Also they accept e-wallets and do instant cashouts.

Will try a deposit tonight as yesterday it was too late really.

I do not play at any RTGS anymore but this casino has always paid instant to web wallets through live chat.

Its not new for them it must be about 10 years ago i was playing there and they paid to Neteller instantly on live chat way back then as well.

The two screen shots you are questioning show the end results of the free spin features so there would not have been any wins showing as they would have been during the free spins.

Thank's Paul7388, I just wanted to clarify what I was seeing.As stated not questioning the win or anything else.I don't understand why he did not use the instant withdrawal available by using BTC for his deposit?
I won at CE and made my deposit via BTC and no doc's were ask for and my money was in my Coinbase acct. in 15 minutes.I guess it may have been the fact that there was a mistake made in the joining process. Too bad if that is so, it is a great way for US player's to realize instant payout's.

Just for people who like bonuses this site may not be the greatest. I was going to deposit and give it a try and take a bonus. Its a sticky bonus. And most of the bonuses have a max cashout of 30x your deposit.

Apparently they'll only credit cash backs based on your last 7 days worth of deposits. YET can go as far back they please to disqualify said cash back based on a withdrawal that was beyond that 7 days.

In my book then if they can go as far back as the eye can see to disqualify a cash back promotion, then they should also be able to qualify as much cash back as someone would be entitled to up to beyond there last cash back or withdrawal.

Really I sort of see this little vague term as way to get out of giving any additional promotions to those who they don't see fit to get one. If your not looking for using any bonuses of any sort be it a cash back or match promotion. This might be a good casino for you. Otherwise if you like a little kick back like myself from time to time. This casino will more than likely kick you more when you've already lost a few deposits.

The rule should be changed to state that we can only credit cash backs based on the amount of deposits over the last withdrawal. Versus we can go back to your last withdrawal to disqualify your cash back that was 9 days ago, yet we only qualify the last 7 days worth of deposits. Now do you see my frustration?

I sent a PM to the rep this morning and let him know i was still having trouble depositing with bitcoin. He was very kind and even added a chip to my account even though i have not deposited yet for my troubles. I am going to try using my cc later to deposit, something i haven't done in years. I have seen some things at CE that IF you did not read all of the T&C and the bonus playthrou's, you may get bounced. I also tried to collect on a cash back and got stumped with the too long since last deposit part.I gotta figure that all of the easy thing's at CE also have the opposite like withdrawal rules and some other thing's I have seen there.
