Okay, so this is the standard monthly splash bonus promotion. I know this is different but it's also not part of the welcome pack. But I think it's good you did point out the difference. I will see what I can do to improve things and post back. Thanks.

Too late for me, I'm afraid.
I effectively closed my account, after getting caught out by the wagering on the splash bonus, by setting my deposit limit to £10 per month.
Which, since i normally make deposits of £50 to £100, it prevents me from making any deposits now, even accidentally

I've been playing here a fair bit lately because they give good reload bonuses and I see it's accredited . I have made one withdrawal which went through fine . The only gripe I have is why the slow cashouts ? Videoslots can do it in minutes... lots of casinos manage a few hours to skrill or at worst within 24 hours . It's a real turn off to put in a withdrawal request and just have it sitting there pending and seemingly untouched . I don't understand why a hopefully solid casino doesn't focus on speeding up their cashouts to make a better player experience ? I'm not really moaning here (maybe it sounds like I am ) but I don't understand the reason behind it ? Is it just to try and get people to reverse ? Personally I won't cancel withdrawals but I will always redeposit at a casino but I won't do that until I have received my latest cashout
