New Review Casino Cruise

They DO have a reverse time, that's evident from the minions data, withdrawals are reversible until processed.

It seems like most, if not all Everymatrix sites now have reverse time - until the payment is processed

Not too sure about the page linked to in the first post of this topic stating "no reverse time".

I have a pending withdrawal sitting in the pending stage since Saturday 5th September. I had to sent documents which I did and they were approved on the 6th September at 17:16 and the email confirming this states "Your account is secure for withdrawals. Please note that, this procedure should take up to 2 days".

Perhaps a correction of this page is required because I can still reverse the payment?

Feelin sick just writing here..scam city...

Posts like this aren't helpful. If you have a specific issue (like the other participants in this thread) then I can take of it - like I have. Posts like this just lets everyone know that you're acting like a jerk and don't care if we can improve anything.

Anyway - fixed the discrepancies and implemented the Meister Minions data into the payout info. Score dropped from 8.5 to 7.7 so you can see how reverse time and payouts affect a casino's score.

Thanks minions!

A slight typo on the now revised page:

Payouts make take some time

The review still says manual flushing is available. It is not. It might be considered for VIP's, but when I asked for it, the CS agent did not even know what it meant.

Explain it's when the cistern mechanism is knackered and you have to fill a bucket and tip water in the pan yourself.

If they don't challenge this statement, close your account - you're screwed.:)

Bonus late wins

Got off on the wrong foot with these guys as I once triggered freespins on DOA with my last 45 c. The freespins played out and when finished my balance was zero. I contacted support who couldn´t give me an answer so I asked the rep about this and got the reply below which I wasn´t impressed with at all. It basically means that if you hit freespins with the last money in your account you wont receive your winnings. Haven´t returned since this.

"Your free spin win was forfeited on the basis of the rule called - Bonus Late Wins.
The way the system works is that when a player places his last bet of bonus money, if the winnings come from free spins session, than by the time the free spins are finished the bonus is already finished and since wager is not met the winnings from free spins being "late wins" are not credited to the player account but instead are forfeited, i.e. when you take the bonus it ties your own money until you have wagered it all, and since you didn't wager money but rather generated those free spins with bonus funds so, those were bonus generated winnings... and therefore all related funds will be deducted as they are considered bonus winnings. If you would still have had bonus funds left in your account, you would have received the winnings.
This is the logic of Every Matrix back end, it's not something we control"

A new one to me and IMO absolutely ridiculous - EM again at its finest:mad:

How long ago was this?
I was told that this had been removed. You're not the only person it have happened to.

It is not an Every Matrix thing that can't be fixed since no other casino from them have that system.

This was about 6 months ago

Thanks! I notified the rep so I hope he can tell it have been changed as I said.

We even have threads here where people are posting screenies of wins with their last cents. I can't imagine they all are straight deposits.
I myself always play my money down to zero and that is the advice we give people to not have them tide up in an earlier bonus wagering.

Something that was concocted on the 10th pint after work one night!

Edit: Having thought about things, I have performed 'The Great Escape' numerous times over the years with the last 'pennies' in my balance and NEVER have I come across such a ridiculous rule/situation.

In fact when I originally started reading the post, I was waiting for the punchline!

When did this happen please?... because we did reduced the min balance in May. The issue is that when there is a small balance remaining in your account you can't receive a new bonus, which is just part of how the gaming platform we use works.

I believe you're able reduce the min balance to zero, and you should do that.

If people can't take a new bonus they will ask support why, and most people already know they have to play down their amount to zero.
There is absolutely no reason at all to have it like you have now.

I do remember you told me you just reduced it but not removed it totally now when you say it. Please do :)

^^ Cheers for the back up^^ however this did not happen to me, I was quoting the 'unlucky' recipient of this ridiculous rule!

There is no way on earth I would accept that sort of BS as an explanation for the none credited 'winnings' especially from an accredited casino and also when they seemed to so easily 'pass the buck' in EM's direction.

As a Low Roller I play with a bonus on most deposits, the times I've hit a feature on my last spin before busting is unreal, turned less than 9p (reduced win lines) into 2-3 hours more play time, even withdrawals on occasions.

If this rule was in place then I'm sure I'd have come across it numerous times too.

The events described above (re: balance rescues) have happened at Next Casino, Casino Luck, Guts, all at some point or still are under EM platform

Hi Jon, so this has happened at these other casinos using the EM platform, which makes sense because unfortunately that's how there system works so we reduced the minimum balance down to 0.10 EUR.

If I'm correct didn't the complain about this on AG in April and then at the end thank me for the free bonus you received or is this something new that you are posting about first time?

Regarding your complaint about my non responsiveness on the PM on your request to find out why we aren't giving you more bonuses - I spoke to our Support Manager several times about this - please understand that if you deposit each time just a minimal deposit and receive a match bonus, in fact currently you have 5 deposits and 6 bonuses (not sure how you managed that but you did :D), you are expecting the casino to continue taking risks why you leverage the casino on the odd chance of a big win and for the casino - a small match deposit is not something of any financial value.

So, now you are bring up this issue - which I'm not sure how old it it because you haven't played at us in a while.

Please understand Jon that we have a system in place that looks at your deposits and bonus ratio etc and based on that recommends to the support agent if we can or can't offer you a bonus. Deposit and play and I'm sure you will soon be receiving bonuses again.

Hey Lloyd - Hope you are well.

I have at no point 'attacked' or moaned about Casino Cruise in any way, shape or form. I do not use Ask Gamblers, only CasinoMeister and the original issue/problem was not posted by me.

I was merely stating my opinion regarding this nonsensical rule regarding (EM's ?) low bonus wins not crediting, whilst at the same time sharing the member in question frustrations from a players perspective.

With reference to my personal situation you will appreciate that I kept all information out of the public forum for a lengthy time whilst I repeatedly asked your good self the simple question as to whether I was BB'ed or not, that is all??

The tongue in cheek comment regarding response time can surely be taken on board, whilst also understanding it was a 'friendly dig' rather than a moan, you must admit I have waited ages for a definate answer!

I also appreciate your post with reference to bonuses (the extra one you mention was possible the Free Spins Friday Promo?) however you will also hopefully see my point of view that i) low rollers rely on bonuses to extend play time, especially players like me with a small gaming allowance/budget. ii) If all casinos took this stance their revenue from 'small fish' could be affected iii) you mention 'risk' is that not the very nature of gambling in general? , works both ways!

In closing I feel that all of this has become a 'mountain out of a mole hill' I was sharing a harmless opinion and at no time have any ill feeling towards Casino Cruise nor made/will make any negative posts regarding your Casino:thumbsup:

Have a great afternoon

Hi Jon,

Your post about the balance issue was posted under our review thread drawing only fire and negative feedback but I understood that you referring to the issue in general (EM platform issue) but under our review thread.

Regarding the point about bonuses... A would say a casino is a business that offers players a venue for gaming entertainment. I guess the BJ dealer is gambling with the players at the table... so you have a point here about the house gambling with the player. Whatever the case, please understand that a casino can't be expected to knowingly and continuously place itself under a high risk gaming position with the player. We comp players very well, but the player needs to deposit to get the bonuses. I have spoken to our Support Manager about your case and like I said - deposit and play and you will see bonuses again soon

Have a great afternoon too and thanks for your post.

By the way I have an improvement-suggestion regarding the threshold where a bonus is forfeited by your platform:

There are a couple of casinos around (Gala, Coral are the most prominent) where the system converts any bonus to cash when the bonus-balance is lower than a certain amount. Gala/Coral have IIRC €/£ 0.5. So if your balance drops below that the remaining pennies are cash with no restrictions and the player would be able to claim a new bonus.

All problems would be solved in this case - give EM a friendly heads-up, maybe they react. And by the way with Thrills I never experienced this kind of problem and they are EM too :what:

Like I said earlier in the thread it happened in February and I´m pleased to hear that you changed it. That doesn´t help me though but my real issue was that no good will whatsoever was offered by the casino. If you now have removed this rule you must have thought it was pretty stupid already then but still you stood your ground and said there was nothing you could do. I´m absolutely not out to slam your casino, I liked it the few times I played it before this happened, and I kept this issue in private at that time although I was dissatisfied. Since then I haven´t even been offered any normal promos of any quality which I used to get before this event. I just think this case could have been handled so much better.

Got the 20 free Facebook spins promo. Won £3 on free spins but got lucky on starburst. Got £120 in my account but not deposited yet. I can see the terms say must deposit within 7 days of bonus wagering.

So I'm gonna contact support and send my ID over first and then make a deposit. Will let you all know how long it takes.

Why would you want a bonus at 30x D+B ?? that's 90x B on a 50% bonus.

you'd be better off staying with the casino's you mentioned in a previous post, casinoluck and next they're willing to 'risk' 50% bonuses at only 13x D+B

Hi, not sure which casino you are referring to but these are our the Wagering Requirements from our bonus terms:

1. All Bonuses (unless otherwise specified) need to be wagered 40 (forty) times the Bonus amount before the Bonus Balance can be converted to your real money balance.

2. All Free spins winnings (unless otherwise specified) need to be wagered 40 (forty) times before the Bonus Balance can be converted to your real money balance.

3. The wagering requirement must be met in full within 14 days of the Bonus being credited to your Bonus Balance, otherwise the Bonus Balance will expire.

I know because I took a bonus the other week. the wagering on a £100 deposit with a £50 (50%) bonus was £4,500

The above WR as described by Lloyd is the wagering I was required to complete on my first 3 deposits at CC, never anything above this.

I successfully did this on all 3 deposits and managed small cash outs. One of my better casinos in terms of luck and value for deposits at the time.

Its also the only Casino where the 50FS Egg in Netent's 'Egg O Matic' actually 'dropped' for me and didn't go 'sailing off' where it does at all the other places lol :p

Egg 11.webp

End Result, not bad for 0.20p

Egg 13.webp

Edit: Just spotted posted at same time, T&C must have changed and recently too. Sure mine was 40x or maybe even 35x?

Yeah, that's the wagering on the welcome bonuses Jon.
but wait until you take a 50% reload bonus, you know, the ones which are meant to reward customers' loyalty

Oh Ok, mis understood. Cheers for the 'heads up'

Fancy some WMS later so hunting round for an offer atm with realistic WR that is not a SUB!

Proving to be easier said than done!

Hi, did you go to?
1. Promotions tab in header menu
2. Click on image with SECOND DEPOSIT BONUS written on it
3. Click on Terms and Conditions in the top right hand corner
4. Scroll down to Wagering requirements and you will see the same terms as Welcome Bonus

Please correct me if I'm wrong. thanks

We did reduce it to 0.10 cents but we couldn't reduce it to zero as it prevents players from getting their next bonus - this is the way the system is configured to work. [Sorry, just noticed I am repeating myself]

I am looking into some of the important issues raised in this new review with our management team and will post a reply asap. Thanks

This is only advice / a suggestion, nothing more.

Other EM sites (your competitors etc) do not have this issue and you can zero the balance and a win from 'the last spin' will pay players correctly.

Maybe have a quiet word with one of their management team or rep on here who maybe able to shed some light on what may be causing this to be different at Casino Cruise?

Eric from Casino Luck / Next Casino is very helpful and I believe those casinos are under EM.

Hi Jon, this is a good idea and we will do this, bar any technical issues. We update once it's in place. Thanks!

click on Promotions at the top of the homepage
click on monthly splash bonus on the promotions page
click on terms and conditions, top right of the window which opens
Scroll down to Wagering requirements and you will see the term 30 x Bonus PLUS Deposit. NOT the same as Welcome Bonus.

If you're the rep and don't know your own promotions, what chance have the rest of us got ?

Okay, so this is the standard monthly splash bonus promotion. I know this is different but it's also not part of the welcome pack. But I think it's good you did point out the difference. I will see what I can do to improve things and post back. Thanks.
