Hi there,

Last year I made an account with Casino Creed played there for a while they payed me with in 3-5 business days, Now i had a cash out for 1K and I didn't heard anything from them.

I send several mails but didn't get any responds or sign of life, So I go back to site to log-in to my casino account and the site of casinocreed is offline, the affiliate site is still online I send an mail over there but also no responds.

They had problems with payments 2 months ago but I heard everybody was getting payed so I start playing there again but now they didn't pay me. Anybody any idea what happened with casino creed or have the same problem with payments there?

Thanks for the help...

I'm sorry about your situation, but why would you deposit again when they only recently had payment problems?

Take it as a learning experience and stick to CM accredited casinos.

There was a new management and things where looking resolved , and yes I am aware of the accredited casino's I play there to, Look what happens to Purple lounge, I got my money there stuck to playing pokerthey are accredited it can happen anywhere. And it looked like a good casino IMO. Hope someone can give a little information about what happend...

When we talk about casinos going bust IMO whether its accredited or not makes no difference. One might argue that accredited casinos are better-managed and have a larger customer base but then as they are being fair to players and pay them they are only relying on 'normal' profits. If an accredited casino goes bust its more likely it would do the right thing and pay all of its players before fading away. On this score, the former Buzzluck stands out and if those owners are contemplating a comeback its likely they will attract plenty of customers. Others with financial problems will milk players of their cash as much as they can and run. No prizes for guessing which casino I am thinking of right now. Other than that, sticking with accredited casinos is a much safer bet.

So whether a casino going bust is accredited or not "makes no difference"......but it it is "more likely it would do the right thing and pay all of its players before fading away". I'd say that was a pretty big difference Chu. I would also say that the "bust" rate amongst accredited casinos is less than that of the industry as a whole.

I'm not disagreeing with you totally...just confused because your opening statement conflicts with the rest of your post.

@the OP

If creed have suddenly shut shop and run away into the night, I doubt anyone else with have any more information than you do.

The best thing do is keep googling and checking the forums, and perhaps even PM Bryan to see if he knows anything.

We should realise that when financial problems come to the fore even honest casinos might not be able to pay their players before fading away. I hope you are right about the 'bust rate' of CM casinos being below that of the industry but they treat their players fairly as opossed to rogues or non-accredited casinos which could mean that the latter had amassed some 'abnormal profits'. Virtual is one of these and they seem to be going strong despite treating players like dirt and churning out promos that are simply 'outta this world'.

The smart thing to do, IMO is to deposit in small chunks and bet low so that in case they go bust you wont be too much out of pocket. Betting low also means a smaller cashout normally. It is also vital that players take less heed of the bonuses on offer and not even think of depositing at the first hint of financial problems as can be read at the forums. I also opine that when a casino suddenly changes policy eg'cashout processing lengthened to 48 hours' its not a good sign. Then there are casinos who continuously blame their processors when payments are delayed. Well, they are the clients and have their choice of processor so this does not wash with me if they are continuous recurrences.

Delays in payment, "maintenance" downtimes of over a week and conflicting management statements do not inspire confidence in any online casino, and claims that a new management is now shaking things up could be a bit of smoke-blowing imo.

Does anyone have an update on this situation - is Casino Creed back to paying players in a timely and professional fashion?

Might be worth following up at

although the ads on there are from 2011 and their other casino (

) is also down. Doesn't bode well.

One more possible avenue is that CBNGaming claim to be the only operator of software by KX Systems and their website is up and running: www.kx.com.
