I had a thought strike me (I know, it happens so rarely :D ) reading the Meister's announcement about this place ...

Is there a certain amount of time/casino play that must elapse between the $20 deposits and the $60 boni given?

I mean, if a player deposits on a Monday, does he have to wait until next Monday (for example) to deposit again? Or have to play the 35x on that $80 before he can deposit again?

I realize a player can only do the $20 -> $60 three times in a month, but the above struck me as a random question I could throw out.

hi macgyver, you can claim these bonuses in the same day, so just e-mail them, and they will put them in one by one. :thumbsup:
 
This new addition to the Captain Cooks / Casino Kingdom et al group probably follows the same general bonusing and T&C policies as its sisters.
 
Has anyone else had problems with their software crashing when you start it? Every other Micro is fine for me, but this one doesn't work, even after redownloading and reinstalling...

I downloaded, registered, and downloaded my favorite games no problem. However I get an error when trying a neteller deposit:

An error occurred while processing your NETeller transaction.

I get that error too incognito2. Support told me that I should contact Neteller which tell me to contact them again over live chat, whcih I will do later today.
 
Has anyone tried to get the bonus removed? I had requested it but got an automated response that CS was backed up so I started playing with my deposit. I'm now up just a little and am afraid if I've got to meet the playthru reqs I'll be right back down to 0 again.

I always get confused with the bonus when there is a bonus account involved and typically avoid them since I have a hard time calculating playthru on the deposit and the bonus account.

If you made it through all of this, you deserve a reward...

Well, the bonus gets put into a seperate account, so there's really no need to have it removed.

However, if you've played with the money in your "real" account, you've already got wagering requirements attached. Those WR are 35x that "real" money if you play blackjack or video poker, and 10x for any other games.
 
How do you play the bonus account. Do you login to the casino using the bonus account username? Doesnt work when i try it.
 
Yes. It should work but they haven't quite got their CS sorted out at the moment. You need a different password as well - if they haven't sent you it then click on the link in their e-mail for when you've lost the password and you should be able to generate a new one automatically. Then it should work.

Macgyver, I think your first post on this thread may have killed that particular golden goose...
 
Thanks for the help. You were right. I got password logged in and played under bonus account. Now i have played enough to transfer to real account but cant figure out how to do it. Anyone can help?

How so?

I mean no offense, but you don't think they were fully aware of this when they created the offer? These guys also run Captain Cook's and Casino Kingdom, so they've been around for a while.

I checked their website just now and the offer is still listed ...

In the casino click on 'menu', then 'bonus accounts', then 'bonus account transfer'.

Macgyver, it's probably nothing to do with this thread, but they seem to have stopped allowing the three bonuses to be claimed prior to wagering now (you can still claim and wager them individually as they always intended).
