You can request a withdrawal from your account at any time. However, only the cash balance of your account can be withdrawn.

Should you have a bonus in your account when you request a withdrawal, the bonus amount will be deducted from your account. The bonus amount will be forfeited and your bonus balance will be reset to zero and the remaining funds will then be processed.

EDIT: Just got off the line with Renaldo from live chat - he says it DOES apply to the sign up bonus also.
