Just a heads-up that Casino Agents have failed to pay me in accordance with their terms for commission earned up to 31st. October 2018.

4.4 Time for Payment for Casino Agents.
We pay all Marketing Fees within fifteen (15) days of the close of each calendar month.

Anyone else?
 
They are in the progress of migration to CasinoCommission.net at the moment. The aff manager (Ryan) has been very active on Skype this week.

I invoiced them 05/11/18 and payment was sent to PayPal on 13/11/18.

EDIT: Just checked and seen all commisison earned this month has been transferred over to the new site.

Yes, I know but not ALL Casino Agents brands have been moved over. Anyway, the eGass platform auto-generates and sends you the invoices right at the start of the month as with FullCream, Fruity and all the rest. This means if you try and manually submit an invoice your account will prevent it as 'invoice already submitted for this period' message comes up.
So yet again I'm at the whim of an aff manager to pay me when they feel like it, screw the terms.

I was also told via e-mail I'd likely see it by the end of the month last week but as I expected I saw nothing.
 
OK, apparently the invoice was auto-generated and submitted via my account as is normal on the Egass interface but it was 'misplaced' and didn't end up with accounts. It was remedied and paid today. :thumbsup:
