Casino adrenaline dont close my account

I have sent 3 emails to support And asked that they close my account because i have gambling problems. They dont answer or close that account.

So i would try live-chat if available.
And set my deposit limt to a minimum so ist not worth playing/ depositing until they reacted.
Thats really bad behavior i think.
