I have continued to follow members posts on the forum even though I have quit gambling and have seen several complaints of players accounts being locked and winnings confiscated after a withdrawal has been initiated.
My question is, why is there not a multiple account filter set up that would block multiple accounts from the same IP address or something? This should be initiated at the time of registering, not when a player wins and requests a withdrawal. A deposit should not get to the point of acceptance, playing, winning and withdrawing before the door is slammed shut on the player.
I know when I played over the 9+ years, I would uninstall many casinos and later re-install, some I would forget that I had ever created an account. Some casinos when you download, a pop up comes up that asks if you want to create an account. I think this causes many players to think or assume they never had an account at the casino and proceede to register again. The system allows the new registration in many casinos, some it doesn't, some will pop in a notification that the email address already exists.
I also know that if a player clicks on "no", that you don't want to create an account the box dissapears and your login name will be in the login box minus the password. But does everyone think to check this first?
Also if it's a casino that you haven't played at for a few years the login name or number may not appear, again, leaving the player thinking they've never played there before.
So why don't casinos add a feature that blocks multiple accounts in the first place since the login info recognizes your IP address and automatically enters your login name or number.
I mean for crying out loud, how hard would it be? It would save a lot of people a lot of unnecessary frustration.
