Casillion problems - AUSlots sister casino.

Gambling Grumbles has given Casillion Casino, part of the Mirage Corp NV stable, a skull + crossbones rating as follows:

Email addresses for the support department/affiliate reps both bounced, as reported by Google Mail: "The email account that you tried to reach is disabled." On the Casillion website, apparently there is no support email addy, only an affiliate email addy which is the same as the bounced addy.

In short, according to Gambling Grumbles:
"You can still go to the site. You can still register. You can still deposit. You can still play. The only two things you can't do is collect your winnings or write to them about the problem."

I can't find any other negative review on Google, but I believe Gambling Grumbles is a respected forum (run by Steve Russo).

The reason I am worried is that I play quite a bit at AUSlots which is also a Mirage NV casino, so I hope this group is not pulling a fast one

Been trying to cashout for over 3 weeks now..
Withdrawals stay on "In Progress" and emails are not answered...

Unfortunately, there are so many negative reviews out there - ThePogg, CasinoFreaks, Casino.Guru - all saying the same as Gambling Grumbles, that this casino, and all associated casinos of the Mirage NV group must now be borderline rogue.

However, AskGamblers have them listed as a 7.7 recommended casino, so perhaps you could take your complaint to them? (Hope I am not treading on any CM toes by suggesting this?)

I really, really hope you get paid - what a rotten situation to be in.

@maxd - does this casino, and all its brethren, warrant an official warning?
