Hi my name is Darren, I play sports betting and bingo and sometimes slots.
Recently I joined a casino called Cashspins casino run by casinomir and owned by Tall Mountain limited which has a Curaçao licence, I deposited and without asking received a deposit bonus of 300%,so I had to try and beat the 39 x wagering which I didn't do, 2nd deposit I received 100% plus some spins then the 3rd I received a deposit match. From the bonuses I didn't achieve any Winnings. The 4th deposit I did was €40,after numerous spins I had a balance of €300 which I wanted to withdraw, I spoke to the online chat who started the process, the process was to send 5 items of verification, I didn't need any to deposit,then I had to wait for a phone verification which I never got, I again spoke to online chat who said I will get a call, two days later still not heard anything I checked my withdrawal and found it was pending, I cancelled the withdrawal and played some more slots winning €2500, I started the withdrawal process but never heard anything for days, I checked my withdrawal and yes it was still pending, I cancelled this and played some more slots, I won €4100, I was congratulated by the online chat but never heard anything.
2 days later I received a mail from support@cashspinscasino.com saying I had broken the terms and conditions of the site therefore all Winnings will be taken away, I was told I had wagered more than 30% of my initial deposit, I tried to ontact them but it was impossible they simply ignored every mail I sent. I went to online chat and told them what had happened I was told I will get the funds but once this went to the next level I was told that the incident was closed at their side and I should contact the online support for any other issues, I have contacted all Curaçao licences, casinomir owner and staff on LinkedIn, twitter and by email, after checking several reviews I am not the only person this happened to.
This site even have the audacity to keep my account open expecting me to deposit again,I am keeping it open in hope that I find the appropriate correspondence to get the funds or even close the site.
