Hi Stovetopp,

Clashback must be claimed by private messaging this account.

For the first cashback request we will go back 30 days only, and calculate net loss. For all Cashback requests thereafter, we will go back to the last cashback claim (no time frame).

The cashback is not based on deposits, it is based on net loss. For example if you deposit $500 and withdraw $200, your net loss will be $300.

$200+ Net loss = $50
$250+ Net loss = $60
$300+ Net loss = $75

I would advise you to read the full terms and conditions of this promotion which are located on page 1 of this thread.

Is this promo still running? Submitted a cash back request via PM several days ago, & haven't heard back, which is unusual. Also, the CWC Promotions profile indicates I haven't logged into the site since Monday morning (yes, I've been stalking you... & depositing elsewhere while I wait, sry lol). Hope everything is ok. I have read a few other places on the web. that most casino Rep's are away for the weekend at a big convention. You may have to be patient this weekend. I am sure they will take care of the cash back bonuses as soon as they have time. :thumbsup:

I have been away at the Affiliate Conference and it totally slipped my mind to pass this on to somebody else, apologies for that.

I came in to work on Saturday to clear off any remaining cashback requests so lets hope we have a few winners,

If you still have not had an answer get in touch we are now back full time on this account.

I sent a message to Karolina last Thursday, and she said she would forward my message for response. I sent a message last evening also, with no response.

Cashback is calculated based on net loss, not deposits. For example if you have deposited $200 but withdrew $100, your net loss would be $100 and you would not qualify.

We will always calculate the net loss from the date of the last credited cashback, if this is the first request then we will go back a maximum of 30 days.

I hope this makes it a little more clear, if not I'm here to answer any questions :D

And what's for those of us that don't deposit $200 within a calendar month? Besides the daily promotions?

I understand this promotion is not for everyone however we do have a vast selection of promotions running day in day out if you are a low roller, in addition to this we also have monthly loyalty bonuses, and general bonuses that the CS guys give out for regular play.

We do have to add a time on the first cashback otherwise it would be open to abuse from players claiming cashback on deposits they made years ago despite being inactive. On the plus side, once you have claimed the first cashback there are no time restrictions whatsoever.

My biggest win was on Tiger Treasures, and yes, I did play Cash Bandits - I really enjoy that game - I managed to guess two combinations on the first two vaults for 20 free spins @ 5x multiplier. :) Very fun!
