As to your problems with the casinos: MyEmpire is licensed in Curaçao (8048/JAZ) which means we may be able to help you with that; Neon54 appears to be unlicensed which means that it will be much more difficult to get a good result. I see you've already filed a PAB so we'll continue that conversation there.

Good morning the Neon54 site then gave me false information regarding the license and player security, so it pressured me to accept conditions so that I do nothing in the event of litigation and rigging I would like to know if I can speak with the site supervisor because I am really being scammed by this site. regarding the second site (Myempire) which also gave me the same problems, I lost more than 700€ because of this trick thank you for finding me a solution

As you have two active PABs, you will know from having read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures that posting in public about your complaint(s) while we are working on them is a violation of your PAB obligations.

We ask that you cease posting in public while we assist you with your complaint.
