Carbon Poker feedback

Hey, I stopped playing poker a while ago but decided to play again, can you guys give me some feedback on Carbon Poker. Thanks.

If your in the US it is a decent option, maybe even the best. However, Im not sure what Costa Rica allows but if you have the option to play on stars or party go with that,much higher volume.
