Canbet MEISTER150 bonus not credited

I was logged into casinomeister, decided to try canbet's 300% offer, I tried downloading the casino and for whatever reason it wasn't working (it wouldn't download - didn't even get as far as installing).
I switched back to firefox which was still sitting on the casinomeister canbet page and clicked on "INSTANT PLAY", and registered, and deposited, and the casino loaded up, all fine.
This was on the 12th. They haven't credited the bonus, and now they've told me just now it wasn't accepted by the system.

Is the code for the 300% still valid? Seems strange they're not accepting it, maybe there's some technical problem going on.

If you can drop them an email and ask them if they can see that account 1109129 used your link, that would probably help me too.
Otherwise I'm happy enough, I haven't been at all put out, and you know now there's maybe some problem that needs solving so people get the offer that's advertised when they do exactly what it tells them they need to do.

You should not have quoted your account number for security reasons - this is a public forum, anyone can see (steal) it!!

As for your gripe, I have found this a common, if intermittent, issue with the Canbet promotional claim system. The solution should be simple, and dealt with by normal CS (email or phone). Failing this, the rep here can be contacted (NOT a 24/7 service, so it may take a while for a reply).

Recently, Canbet made some significant changes to their site, and I experienced many problems, and am STILL unable to make straight credit card deposits as before because this option has vanished altogether.
