OK, can the Canadian members here tell me which developers you can (legitimately!) play in casinos that take your play?

I know you can play BTG, there were issues for a while with Netent etc.

So which developers can you categorically state are available to Canada-based online players?

I really want to try Novomatic games, since I can’t even seem to play those ones with play money.

I believe Greentube/Novo use primary licenses for each jurisdiction they operate in and don't supply games through third-party platforms, only their own. So you won't see them in your land-based either? Hence you won't get the BTG scenario where they can't be played via SG, but can through Relax.

Sadly, I don’t know of any sneaky way. I guess VPN, but I’ve never wanted to risk trying that and wouldn’t know how to set it up lol

Novo is the best in blocking players, even players like @lotusch - has issues while being from Ireland. He can play a set of games and a few not. Really sad how strickt their GEO blocking is.

They open on VS (only a few games) but last week I tried and as soon as I pressed spin it gave me a message.

we get SG games at our provincial land and online casino...so it's exclusivity...but they have blocked even the game providers we don't have in casinos like elk games...

Many sites have changed the loader for ELK, Blueprint, Thunderkick - they no longer load with SG and load with “QTech”
All games are playable for Canadians through QTech

Yep and the issue still occurs, I have emailed them myself but as an end user I do not exist.

The only slots that Canadians can’t play are Novomatics. Every other platform can be played but you have to play at multiple casinos to access them all. I can only play some SG and IGT at Doug’s Casino and I’ve seen Billy Bonanza play Blueprint, Elk, BTG and a couple others in his streams. There are some NextGen on PlayNow and EspaceJeux. Ontario could get some NextGen once Bede takes over this year. Playtech Casinos can be played by Canadians and there’s some Playtech on VS.

It would be great if L&L could bring btg/blueprint etc to their sites through nextgen or qtech for us canucks. @L&L-Jan

Otherwise a few websites allows us to play these restricted games through nextgen or qtech. Though I am not so much of a fan of qtech because the blueprints games spin so damn fast it feels stuck on mega turbo spins. And they also load the games on low quality by default requiring to load it twice by requesting the HD and sometimes it lags.

Most SG Digital , NYX is restricted
