I been trying to find a casino to play at and heard a lot of positiveness about this website, so I joined and was given 20 free spins where I won 24.50$

had a wagering bonus of 960$ to withdraw that, and did get past that but also made 300$+

But when the withdraw came

I was given

1a.
The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a free bonus or free spins without deposit (eg. the 20 free spins upon registration, Wednesday Free Spins Drops, Second Chance Spins, Friday Loyalty Bonus (exception VIP players who have specifically been set on a VIP Cashback Deal as part of their Friday Loyalty Bonus)) will be 100 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD/USDT, 1,000 NOK, 0.3 BCH, 3 LTC, 0.3 ETH, 30,000 DOGE, 400 PLN, or 6,000 RUB. In regards to BTC players, the maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a free bonus or free spins without deposit will be 30 mBTC. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited.

So when they mention the free bonus or free spins, is the free bonus the money you received from the free spins...
Aka covering their asses in case you did get a win streak with the free money? (which I did, but when I deposited it went away irony)

That's what confuses me, and the customer service was far from helpful.

It means, that if you do crack the wagering on free spins, bonuses whatnot and you did not make a deposit - you can only with draw a certain amount. Anything over that amount is forfeit. If you did do a deposit bonus, its usually different terms ( I dont think there is a limit to how much you can withdraw?) Most casino's do that though. Its usually in their terms and conditions.

And dont try to say when you cleared the wager y at 100$ and keep going.
Its a waste of time anyway.
A set of free spins with a max cash out will work out 1 time out of 20.
Some casinos a not so cheap though.
At N1 casino they use to give me 50 spins worth 2$ with 50x wager and no max cash out. So around 5k yo wager with 100$ on average. With 7$ max Bet,not happening.
Everum casino once offered me 50$ vip bonus with 5x wager. No max
Then I cashed out 2500$ ;) They never tried to create sudden new rules but I was never offered that again.

So if the max withdraw from free spins is 100$ and I clear the wagering requirement at 70$ are you saying I cannot keep playing to win more than 100$? I was under the impression that any winnings during the wagering requirments would be capped at 100$. Reading the sites terms and conditions it even says any winnings after wagering requirements are met are real money and available for withdraw.

I have made several deposits at this casino before. I have a pending withdraw for mich more than 100$ right now and am.hoping it goes through. But if it doesnt I find it completely ridiculous that I would need to withdraw my winnings and re deposit the money to continue playing if that's the case .

Yep. Your max cashout is 100$ if you haven't deposited. It's free money, so no loss. Enjoy it :)

If you've deposited previously, then there shouldn't be a problem.
The limit is usually for players who have never deposited before.

Each bonus from a Casino, even the same Casino will have it's own set of T&C,s.

Pays to read them before playing, to avoid any disappointment and more importantly, to make sure you don't break them and have your entire winnings voided.

I did read the terms and conditions and they are not worded clearly at all. The terms were ambiguous at this casino . But even if the terms were straightforward , these casinos shouldnt be allowed to void anyones winnings. For example if theres a max bet allowed on bonus money, the games shouldnt allow players to make a bet that causes them to lose their money . If the max withdrawable amount from winnings is 100$, they shouldnt allow more than 100$ to be in account that's called withdrawable money. There needs to be more standards for all online casinos

Honestly don't see an issue here. If the terms and conditions say that any money won with a free bonus and no deposit is capped at $100, then you play the game being fully aware of that. Similarly if the terms and conditions state that your maximum bet with wagering money is $5 and a player goes over then they only have themselves to blame. It is the players responsibility to read the terms and conditions of the bonus, the firm is not going to rewrite the software programme to cater for an individuals inability to follow the terms.

I am not a defender of casino's and they do need to be more responsible, but players also need to take responsibility and stop blaming the casino's every time they personally screw up.

Following your thread title, I will put it as clear as I can.

Bonus rule stated 100 max that's all your going to get, and in this case rightly so the casino has been clear, there is a lot that have a 100 max from free spins bonus etc to be honest.

And yes the way round it was to withdraw the 100 then redeposit, play with the fresh funds and get to keep all your winnings from that point on ( providing you don't take another bonus ) Yes its a bit of a pointless way but its the only way to beat that rule.

There was nothing wrong with the terms.

If you need your hand holding while you play, in case you can't adhere to the terms on your own, maybe gambling is not for you.

Seriously you think every player reads the fine print ? I actually read it and was still misled . Theres a reason they put this stuff in the fine print . So they can screw you. They could easily display the important facts if they wanted to. They try to make people screw up .

You can't play the blame game for all your life.

It's YOUR responsibility to read and understand the T&C's.
