Bonus Information

There are no wagering requirement before you can withdraw* your deposit or winnings made with your deposit.

When you make a deposit where you receive a promotional bonus, we insert the bonus money into your account and add your deposit on top. To explain it better, we will be using the stack of chips on the right as an example -- the green chips represent your own deposit, and the red chips represent the promotional bonus you received (this is merely an example - your chips will not be colored like this when you play). the problem and give us details of how you prefer to be contacted as well as your local time zone. You can also contact the Help Desk directly at the toll-free support number below, 24 hours a day. German speaking support is available from 7:00 CET - 24:00 CET.

When you start playing, you will be wagering with the green chips - your own funds - first.

Both the green and the red chips can be used for playing at the Casino, and you can withdraw the green chips at any time you wish.

When you place a bet with green chips only, your winnings will also paid in green chips. If you include a red (bonus) chip in your bet, your winnings will be paid in red chips only.

The red bonus-chips can not be withdrawn directly -- when you have reached a pre-set wagering level you can withdraw the red bonus chips if you wish.

Should you choose to withdraw any of the green player-chips before reaching the pre-set wagering level, the red bonus-chips will be removed from your account. In other words - the bonus is a bonus for playing, which is converted into their monetary value only when you have fulfilled the terms of the bonus, but without preventing you from withdrawing at any time, should you wish to do so.

Please note that the required wagering level before you can withdraw the bonus is cumulative - i.e. you will need to fulfill the combined requirements from both the last and this bonus before you can withdraw the bonus(es) if you receive multiple bonuses before having fulfilled the required wagering level.

The wagering level before you can withdraw the bonus is set at each promotion separately.

Welcome Bonus:
The standard level is set at 35x (Deposit + Bonus).

For VIP players there are no wagering requirements.

Sorry it is so long.

Pretty simple actually, it's a "sticky" bonus. They're just nice enough :p to allow you to dip into the bonus if needed, but still be allowed to withdraw winnings+deposit without having to meet any requirements.

But on the other hand, it's not really a sticky bonus. You CAN cash it out, only after you've met the WR for it.

Bottom line is, if you want to cash the bonus, you need to play the WR. If not, you can withdraw at any time.

Okay, say I dep $50 and get $50 bonus, I play and win $500.00 and have only played through say 10X, I can then withdraw $450.00?

yeah to me it says if you lose all your cash chips then all future wins would be in bonus chips and thus you could cash out nothing without meeting the wr. but so long as you are winning with green chips you're not tied to the wr but lose all the red ones if you w/d.

only difference from industry standard is usually once you reach surpass the amount of bonus you originally received, future winnings are in cash chips, but here once the cash is gone, all winnings from bonus are bonus until the wr is completed. my question, since you're winning more bonus chips, does the wr also increase since you received more bonus?

Nope, the WR is set in stone once you deposit and recieve the bonus...If I'm understanding those terms right....

Say you use the first $20 of red chips for a blackjack hand. You hit blackjack, and recieve $50 total. The $20 will be put in the red chip stack, and the other $30 will be in green chips.

that is the sticking point. i didn't see anywhere it saying that winnings with bonus chips in excess of the original bonus amount would be in cash chips. i read all winnings from wagers using only bonus chips will be given in same.

the bonus forfeit feature suggests that a player withdrawing prior to wr completion does so because player used own funds to rack up a win and is willing to give back the bonus to get the hassle free win (as if there never were a bonus). in this instance, the casino feels once you have lost all the chips you bought in for (the green ones), you no longer deserve to string up a win and cashout without meeting wagering. now that you depend on their goodwill bonus to make any money, they want to hold you to the conditions upon which you agreed to in receiving the bonus chips. i don't think this is unreasonable. perhaps unconventional, but it is in line with the 'spirit in which it was given' as they like to say.

<***>however, iirc it did say that if a bet consists of both green and red chips, the winnings are given entirely in green chips. [don't quote me, i read the t&c days ago]. if that's the case, when you have one dollar (or less than a minimum bet) left in the cash balance, simply bet the whole wad in the next hand and you will forego the wr if you lose, and maintain your cash balance and get maximum cash value out of the bonus chips if you win. if you were able to double up this way every time your cash balance dwindled, you would avoid the requirement and stay 'in the green'.</***>
