Can anybody explain this?

I only play on a mobile and I do have the odd issue some days with certain things like constantly finding when I return to the lobby from a game I have been logged out yet my balance has recorded perfectly.

I always have problems with Btg especially Chilli and DHV not loading straight off then disconnecting after a few spins. Lately though Bonanza has been worst of all. I loaded it last night and instead of being taken to the game I got this every time. I then played at another casino and it was fine. I am not very good with technical stuff. Has anybody got any form of explanation please.

Not an explanation I'm afraid but more of an understanding as I have had similar experiences with BTG on mobile. They play better on some sites than others and it's interesting your error shows a reality check because I've found, on some sites, that some providers games don't handle the reality check pop ups too well. I even had one site where some providers kept getting error then I went on netent which allowed a pop up and then the other providers played.

Edit: I only use the ones I know work well on mobile now

It looks likely to have been an issue with the Dunder site and part of their page that launches games. Hard to say for sure without seeing it myself, but web development for mobile devices is a huge pain in the butt, so it's common for things to go wrong on one device or one set of devices from a seemingly innocuous change.

The thing is once it happens on a site it will be that way for good. Once 2 or 3 of my favourite games won’t load I don’t use the site. If you go on live chat they don’t really seem that bothered. I have been waiting about 6 months for an explanation from Rizk. All you get is clear cache and cookies etc.

I also wonder why it should be such a frequent problem with Btg games. They are dreadful at best and make some sites unplayable for that reason.
