I have been a player since Aug 2018 and I had no issues getting paid.
I think I was paid over $40000 during that period.
My account with them was fully verified.

On Feb 2019 I won , playing exactly the same as I played before, $10300 .

They brought a term that says that the casino reserve the right to avoid winnings if they decide
the play was not recreational .

They brought this term after asking for more documents which I sent.
The reason above was given on the phone and also as reply to GamblingGrumbles complaint
as can be seen in the link below :

*snip*

I played games that count towards the wagering .
I want to mention a sentence I was told on the phone that I already got paid over $37000
and how dare I still complain as if they are angry of me winning to much

How do they determine whether play is "recreational" or not? That term alone seems far too vague, along the lines of spirit of the bonus (in other words we'll decide arbitrarily if we wish to pay your winnings or not depending on how much you won).

Curious to see how this one develops.

Part of the bodog/bovada/ignition/slots.lv group I believe - even though they all usually deny being connected.

I would normally say this group is one of the better options for U.S. based players, but one of their issues is if they decide for whatever reason that they don't want to pay you, you have basically no recourse. And they have some really vague terms about bonus abuse that could let them take away your money for virtually no reason. That said, I haven't seen too many complaints of them actually confiscating funds that were won fairly.

Are you willing to tell us what you were playing and what kinds of bets you made where you won/on what deposit size? I assume some kind of bonus was involved. You didn't play that super diamond mine game by any chance (since that's the only game they banned and it appeared recently, I'm guessing there was likely some kind of exploit involved).

I'm not sure which player advocates might be best for trying to help you out if you want to go that route, though I think I've heard of the wizardofodds guy working with them and have seen some casinolistings posts where they did some mediation. Not sure whether or not they talk to CM but you could try asking if there's anything they can do.

Obviously if you want to keep your gameplay to yourself that's fine, just hard for us to evaluate exactly what happened without any info. I wouldn't want to recommend this group to others if they're confiscating money unfairly, but most of the confiscation complaints I've seen are things like people making a deposit with a bonus and immediately sticking the entire deposit value on a single hand of blackjack.

Edit: And do you have accounts at many other members of this casino group? It might trigger some flags - unfairly or not - if they think you're making accounts at all their properties to take all the bonuses.

Edit2: You'd think even if they thought you were a professional what they SHOULD do would be to bonus ban you or even ban you from playing altogether and pay your winnings if you didn't exploit a broken game or violate any terms, but like I said above, not sure there's much recourse available, this being the U.S. market.

Thank you for the tip
I will visit Casinolisting and complain there.
As to the play pattern , I think it was about 300% bonus and the deposit was around $80
I went to the roulette ( allowed game toward wagering) and bet the whole balance on around 4 numbers
and won.
I moved to slots ( because roulette counts only 5%) called AS THE REEL TURN 2 and bet around $20 a spin
and most of the money was won during the wagering in the slots so I reached over $10000 from the high spins in slots
and of course the initial roulette win.
After I completed the wagering , I continued to play for couple of weeks multiple games like 3card poker, slots, blackjack

I would guess the initial roulette bet probably threw up the flags, but it's unfortunate that they don't give players explicit terms and conditions and instead just do what they want after the fact. They're also the only online casino group I've heard of that will harass players over the phone like something out of fiction or old vegas (though without the implied threat of physical danger), but I guess that's better than the casinos that just take your money, ignore and stonewall you.

Good luck with getting a resolution and I'd appreciate it if you're able to give us an update if you ultimately get paid or not.

As advised , I contacted CasinoListing and posted my case in there forum as as well.
I received the following reply , so I hope someone actually will receive an update from CafeCasino.Lv and help me to be paid :

Unfortunately they aren't licensed anywhere that I am aware of any more. They used to be under the Kahnawake jurisdiction until the KGC cut off any casinos that still accept American players a few years ago. So there is no official mediator or dispute resolution process that we can call on.

That said we've dealt with a number of cases with this group over the years and I'm struggling to think of one involving a recreational punter that didn't get paid. However of the ones with similar sorts of situations involving players like yourself, our success has been variable. Sometimes they will pay out when we intervene, sometimes not. I'll get in touch with them and see if there is anything we can do but I have to be honest and say upfront that I've a gut feeling that it is unlikely they will change their mind on this one.
